I like everything in this hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful, thanks to Luca, Nicola, Karen, Dina, Emmo, and Marta. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with delicious and diversified food, the smoking inner garden is very nice. The location is excellent everything is close to you, I didn't use any public transportation while in Florence. The housekeeping was perfect. I can't forget the nice greetings card on Valentine's Day with the delicious hear biscuit. Thank you Globus Urban Hotel for your excellent staff & services.

I loved my stay at this hotel! The staff goes above and beyond. They’re so helpful, nice and even gave me a sweet letter to thank me for staying with them on my door the day I left! The room was so clean and modern, they really put a lot of care and thought into making their guests feel welcome and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

This is an amazing little modern hotel within walking distance of EVERYTHING! The winding narrow streets that it’s bundled within are incredibly charming. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and really went the extra mile to make us feel welcome in their city and their hotel. We were catching late train and they graciously kept our luggage for us and all the extra shopping we added to it throughout the day. Never once were they bothered. They truly want to make sure their customers are taken care of! Will visit again.

I can’t say enough positive things about this hotel. The location, the staff, the amenities were superb! My sister and I were in Florence for first time and the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The daily breakfast was excellent - staff here always greeted us with a smile! On our last day we were surprised w a personalized thank you for the Globus team - 5-stars hands down!

The reception staff are incredibly friendly and welcome you happily as soon as you enter. The rooms are small but very clean and fresh. The breakfast was the highlight. An amazing spread of hot and cold dishes, great coffee choices and pastries. It is worth staying for the breakfast alone. We already have a booking to return.

Staff were fantastic, very helpful with suggestions and recommendation. excellent location. i wouldn't hesitate to suggest this hotel pto anyone wanting to be in the city center without breaking the bank.

Staff members were all professional and friendly. We received small gifts for Christmas and also the day we checked out. Amazing hospitality!!

The room was spacious and the beds were comfy. The toilets were good enough and clean. The programs on TV were interesting even if you didn't understand the local language and there was a YouTube option for kids. The breakfast options were diverse and good for everyone. My family particularly enjoyed the yogurt. Overall, I would rate this as a 5-star hotel and it was very luxurious
