COVID precautions taken seriously there—I really appreciated that. Friendly staff and great suites! Loved the heated salt-water pool with the waterfall as well!!

Everyone there was very nice. Spacious rooms with balconies. Pool area very chill and nice. No one was there. Off season and Covid. Desired to be dead. Updated rooms. I feel they could be cleaner. Better towels and pillows. Beds were just ok. But I hate complaining. Location was awesome. Walking distance to so much, yet far enough away from chaos. Jimmy's restaurant and bar across the way is a MUST. Best deck and nightlife. Food!! Awesome. Also take advantage of your peivate beach pass.

Liked having a small kitchen, living area, separate bathroom and a bedroom. Was a nice space, was damage to quite a few items throughout the rooms. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Beach access is less then a 5 minute walk betweem two other hotels. Good dining options in walking distance. Pool was great!

We needed a place to stay for just a couple extra days we had on our way to a family wedding. The location is good once you know where it is, and where beach access is. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. We loved everything about our short stay EXCEPT the a/c in our room would not keep up. I understand it's Florida, but it's October not July. The unit seemed to be running non stop, and it showed 1 degree cooler than it was outside. It was 81 outside and 80 in the room. We kept doors and blinds closed at all times. I cannot imagine how hot the room would be in July. Again, other than that we enjoyed our stay.

We encountered the rudest “hospitality manager “ I have ever met. Our room was dirty. The keypad on the microwave was dangling off the unit. The coffee table legs were falling off. Both lamps in the bedroom were broken and the coffee maker did not work. We were charged $113. for incidentals but never found anyone to ask for a clean towel or bar of soap etc. Then after leaving early I was charged another $95.20 for what I don’t know. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone looking to travel to Clearwater Beach

The hotel was clean and seemed to have been updated recently, but I was no aware of the additional $20/night amenities fee that is not included in the hotels.com pricing. The extra $90 for my stay probably would have made me look at other locations

When we came to check in, nobody there. The place is desolate! No customers. No staff. Not very clean and the when you’re so finanally come into contact with a staff member, she’s very rude and condescending. Honestly, I chose this hotel over the Hilton bc it’s advertised as basically a resort. I would rather just stay at the holiday inn for the same damn price. Don’t waste your money. If you’re looking for a nice vacation experience. Go elsewhere. There are dozens of places to stay in this area that are actually on the beach (this place is about a 2 block walk plus cross a major highway, just in case their misadvertisement confused you as well).

The pool was really nice. I have trouble walking up stairs so an elevator would of been nice. Clean and quiet

The pool was nice. Didn’t like how the pictures made it seem like it’s was right on the beach instead you have to walk and with kids it was a hassle

Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. Room was beautiful, but could have been cleaner. Floors had a lot of dirt, turned our bare feet black. Overall good experience though.
