The hotel was clean and the front desk staff was very inviting and helpful.

I asked what extra cleaning they were doing because of COVID. The casual reply was "nothing". I took sanitizing wipes in to clean. The light in the bathroom didn't work. They replaced the bulb and it still didn't work. We checked for bedbugs... Only found one dead one.

Good to place to stay. The key card didn't work in the backdoor.

The staff and front desk clerk were awesome and so helpful! Loved our room and was very clean! Will stay there again!

The employees were excellent! The decor was nice, our room had really old, thin, worn carpet and the bed was kind of hard and the pillows sucked. The walls were thin, but the room heater worked great and it was clean. The employees are this hotel's saving grace!

What did I like? the price, nearness to my friend's wedding that weekend, and check in What didn't I like? The Smell: The hallways REEKED of some cheap air freshener that made me want to vomit everytime I left the room. The entrance to the room smelled extremely musty, lessening as you walked farther into the room. After being in the room for a few minutes you stopped noticing it for the most part, but it did cling to my clothes that weren't kept in my suitcase. - The Bed: It was extremely firm and uncomfortable to sleep on; which is probably more of a personal preference, but we didn't get much sleep. Also, there were two tiny, limp pillows on the bed. When we asked for more, there was only one extra. So my boyfriend wound up using a rolled up blanket instead. The Bathroom: was decent and appeared clean enough.The water pressure was alright, pretty good for a motel, but I had to turn it to the hottest possible level to get any warmth in the water, after about ten minutes, the water was cold. So, I got out of the shower and there were two, teeny-tiny threadbare towels available. Cleanliness: there were crackers under the bed, that I found when I stepped on them, barefoot, gag. Strands of hair and expired yogurt in the fridge. And a previous male occupent left marks from some of his own art on the artwork, if you get my drift. Let's just say the room throughly grossed me out. Checkout: coworkers arguing in the hallway, double charged and desk lady to engrossed with her tablet.

Didn't like much of anything, only 2 towel, no bath soap or shampoo, light fixtures had no light bulbs. It was a place to sleep that's about it.
