We had to ask for towel due to enough not given for three guest. There was no coffee or tea available in rooms or in lobby. Every time I came in lobby and need assistance, there was no one at the desk.

Do not book here. The pool was the reason I chose this property. I called before booking to ensure there were no Covid restrictions on the pool area & was assured that the pool would be operational during my stay. It was not. Also, the housekeeping staff never checked on me once during my 3-day stay. On the second day, I had to literally stop the housekeeper in the hall for service & her response was to hand ME towels & linens to change myself! There was no continental breakfast due to Covid, but their compromise was a Nutrigrain bar & apple juice box in a brown paper bag...I am not a 9 yr old. While Alexis at the front desk was awesome, there was little she could do to salvage the experience. She did promise to comp me something for not being able to use the pool, but as of this posting that has not happened. I cannot express my dissatisfaction enough. Again, DO NOT BOOK HERE!

The stay wasn’t so bad. The room I was initially given was not serviced as yet and had to go back to the desk and switch. The cleanliness wasn’t up to par. Didn't feel sanitized. Room needs a touch up.

When we got there to check in there wasn’t a suite available (but we had already paid in full). Ramone was a great front desk/manager his customer service was awesome. He called the owner and asked what to do about our situation. The owner told him to get the suite cleaned for us. The reason it wasn’t available was that one of the showers in one of the two bathrooms was broken. He asked if we minded only using one shower. We said no and he got the staff started cleaning that suite. We left to go out to eat then came back. We check in and go up to an outdated run down suite. Cleaning was marginal at best. Random hair clip on the lamp shade, no box spring covers, couch worn and almost no cushion to sit on (could feel the pull out bed when sitting on the couch) windows dirty, and mirrors with finger and hand prints. We looked past that as we were just trying to settle in a little. The kid got ready to swim..our only real reason for staying overnight. We go down to the pool and it’s freezing. Not just the water but in the pool room you could see your breath. The kids jumped in anyway. Watching them swim I noticed how cloudy the water was then noticed that the water was so low in the pool that it wasn’t even flowing into the filter! The water was cold too so I asked the kids to get out and we went up to the room and they showered off. The lobby in this hotel is beautiful but it seems like all the effort is made in the lobby. The staff was excellent though!!!!

Me and my sister was staying there for her birthday and when we went up to our rooms the key didnt work and when we went down there there was nobody at the desk and we waited for an hour almost. I had to knock on they door to finally come out the guy made some excuse and looked like he was very high and didnt take the blame and ask to take to manage because we wanted a refund and there was fight it was a horrible hotel DO NOT GO THERE!

The room was great as well as service. The workers were anazing. I did have an early flight and the people above me were super loud until 3 am the room beside me had a dog that barked the whole time.

Trash and boxes everywhere. Very unclean.

I had to cancel at the last minute and the front desk woman was very understanding. Her name was Bonnie. Bonnie’s boss was very unaccomodating and not easy to deal with at all, no compassion.

The parking was very scarce in the front. At night, I don’t want to have to walk from the back to the front. The room was awful and there was a gap in the door.. it was weird like you could see light coming from the door when it was closed. Also, I woke up to loud banging and drills at 7:30 am. There was construction going on, but who schedules construction work that early in the morning at a hotel. Honestly, I shouldn’t have paid a dime to stay at this dump. Pick another hotel! WARNING!!

My boyfriend and i were assigned to room 218, on Wed, November 18th 2020. We were not told about ongoing construction or that our room was litterly right next to the room under construction. We were rudely awakened shortly after the 8am hour with vibrating walls & extremely loud drilling & chiseling. This continued for hours. I understand repairs need to be addressed but the fact i was not advised about this makes me very upset. I would like a full refund. My visit was supposed to be relaxing. It was definitely not. Alicia, Bonnie & Meghan have been helpful
