where the office is, the building behind it has been neglected in maintenance. As a customer of once or twice a year, I have seen less and less upkeep in that building. Doors noisy and hard to open and close, hot water in the am is "Luke warm", and bathroom was is need od a major overhaul. The other building (above the "muddy Rudder) is in much better shape.

Convenient location, pet friendly. Bed was not comfortable, only 2 pillows. I did request & received 2 additional pillows.

We checked in and when we went to our room the entrance keypad wasn't working so security door was open at all times.We then called the desk to tell them we didn't have hot water and no one would answer. The room was disgustingly dirty. The tile floors in entry and bath were all loose and cracked.

The safely latch was broken and missing from my door as well as a large hole on the wall from the door knob. I feel it should have been fixed immediately when found.

We were coming from our first day of a honeymoon and stopping by your hotel as it was portrayed as a very nice place to stop. However when we arrived we did not realize everything was under construction and we had to stay in an annex. There was no hot water, the room look like it had already been used because the beds were rumpled. We were also supposed to be getting a king bed and we ended up with two double beds instead.Overall we would not even rate this stay as one star. we were very disappointed on this stop in our honeymoon trip.

The people running it were very nice. There was a problem checking in, room was dirty and not ready. Had to go back to main desk in another building as phone didn't work. Got another room. No hot water in am. Got locked out of the room, as key stopped working. Had to go to the other building to get new key. Did not work. Had to have door reprogrammed. Finally got back in. Just not a good experience.

This was an ok stay for us. I had visited before and enjoyed the inn, but they now have two buildings and we were in the new one this time. The new building is a 5 minute drive away from the office/other inn, and this was an inconvenience for breakfast and checking in and out. The building that we stayed in felt quite old and dusty, although it met our needs.

Food and beer in dirty refrigerator-tattered chair-radiator had cracked casing - large black spider on wall - hair in shower (not ours). Bedside lights hanging by wire (appear unsafe) - Overall appearance shabby

The price seemed reasonable but definitely got what you paid for! I didn’t know it was under construction and that would have been helpful to know. It was run down and poor quality overall.

I checked in at this hotel, it was recently renovated. The room that I stayed in had so much dust in it. Even though the price was really good, I was disappointed with the cleaning staff!
