Service

We got locked out of our room Sunday night and Mr. Jesse was amazing in getting us back in. The lady at the front desk was also amazing at getting it all coordinated. Would of been a very stressful experience without the help of these 2 individuals.

Not a relaxing stay

Was forced basically to use valet parking!!! No other good options- will never make that mistake again $45 per day No free parking at all And major construction project 40 feet out our window and they started at 6:20 on a Saturday morning That is completely rude and disrespectful to guest paying w parking $300 a night And they were on the 6th floor, so this was not a new issue Would have never thought this would be the service from a Hilton Hotel. I expect to be compensated at least 1 night. There were multiple guest complaints

Hotel was great. staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was a issue, no where to park to check in. cars were park in the middle of the street blocking road. There is no parking on site. Clearly the valet staff was under staffed. But it was a great location for our trip. Would stay again.

Disappointing

Terrible service for a hotel with the name "Hilton." I had trouble with the AC so I called the Front Desk. No answer! Then I called housekeeping.They said they would contact the Front Desk for me....never heard back from anyone. Then...even worse...I specifically asked the Front Desk to make sure my room was cleaned that day. It wasn't.

Nice hotel, short staffed

Clean, comfortable hotel, great location near the Capitol and walkable to downtown. Staff was friendly and working hard but the hotel appeared to be seriously short staffed.

2 hours sleep in expensive room - hotel shrugs

Nightmare. No sleep- insane Frat Party guests screaming yelling cussing joking dancing singing in hallways past 4 am no matter how many other people in nearby rooms and our room kept going out and telling them to please keep it down. All night long. Hotel refused to do anything about it and would not even comp. Our $90.00 mandatory parking fee. So disappointing. Really nice room. Beautifully arranged, clean, comfy, great shower, nice big tv with Netflix and showtime. But for >$200 a night, no sleep is unacceptable. We had to leave at 6 am and I did not get to d sad keep until after 4 am.

Horrible experience 😡

I paid for a view to the capital , and they give me a different room but they still charge me the same price I also pay for breakfast and they didn’t give me the vouchers for the breakfast next morning and in the middle of the night someone from the hotel stuff open our room when my wife was taking a shower because they say they rooms was empty .

Austin MotoGP

The room, bar, food, valet were all very good. Staff, especially valet, were very friendly and provided great service. Only complaint was the lack of soap, toilet paper, and cups in the room. We stayed three nights and had to ask for cups every night and toilet paper the second night.
