Great place with friendly staff. Felt like home for our 3 day stay. Will definitely stay again. Breakfast was delicious and filling, wide variety of foods. Evening cookies were an unexpected yummy treat.

It worked for us. Could use a few outdoor outlets to plug a boat it.

The room was out and musty. Room wasnt clean and bathroom filthy!! It was reported!! Hotel was full so I could not change rooms!! I was given clean sheets and towels that were not old and stained. Was adivised the 149.00 I paid for night would be taken care of and to simply check with the front desk on the way out. I took pictures and advised the night clerk and the morning clerk if they wanted to see them. Both clerks advised they did not want to see pictures because they believe me. I found their over the top response strange. I woke up next day with bite mark around right eye lid and a bite on my lefy foot. When I checked out the next morning the clerk was like we already checked you out thanks for coming good bye. I was like wait a minute are you telling me that you have no idea what happened with my room last night, she was like no I dont. I asked her again, did the night clerk didnt tell you about the pubic hair in bath/shower and the nasty spots in/on toliet, she finally said oh yeah. I told her on top of all that I woke up with 2 bites and I showed her. The room was taken care of by me being charged the 149.00 and I was passed off to call someone today. Very clean, quiet stay. Front desk staff was very friendly and efficient.

Hotel was fine, had to use Expedia customer service as Expedia didn't pass along the payment. Disappointed with having to do that.

booked this with expedia, and when i went to check in the lady told me i owed 200$ and didn't know what it was for. 20 min. later she called her manager and got it figured out. she kept hitting the wrong button. so it took 35 min to check in, and after all that i never got an apology or anything.

Front desk clerk was awesome and very courteous and accommodating

I called ahead to figure out what they were doing differently during covid, they said extreme cleaning. We took masks, even for the kids, and rubbing alcohol sprays with us to disinfect door knobs, elevator buttons etc... We found contact lenses on the bathroom floor and the table was sticky, we also found glass rings on different surfaces so we really questioned the "deep clean" statement. In all fairness the rooms were nice and the linens were clean but the hotel was not enforcing masks even though they had signs everywhere for it, they seemed scared to tell unabiding guests to keep their masks on in public areas. We did not feel safe in any open areas. In normal times we would stay here again but not in a pandemic or any other health crisis time. It takes courage and commitment to protect guests during a pandemic, the staff at this hotel did not have that.

Super clean and definitely comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend to stay here. Staff made sure we had everything we needed and the place was definitely Covid compliant!!!
