Anniversary Trip

Everything at this resort is amazing! From check in to check out the best service I have experienced recently. Restaurant was amazing. Going to make this a yearly tradition.

Beautiful resort lacking customer service.

Beautiful resort. We were never given information on everything the resort offered. Customer service lacked friendliness. Staff was not welcoming. We found 2 employees that greeted us and asked how we were. One was a young man on the Sunset Cruise and another a waitress in the morning buffet. The guest were not friendly.

Sebasco Harbor is relaxing, clean, and enjoyable!

Our visit was excellent in all respects. The members of the staff are very helpful and friendly. Management seems to be making an effort to further strengthen and approve the resort, The golf course is especially interesting and challenging. Excellent communion with nature.

The location is lovely. The Fairwinds Spa Suite we stayed in was scrupulously clean. The bed was fabulous and the linens were high quality. The views throughout the property were lovely. The Sunset cruise was great - we saw two eagles. The resort seems understaffed, so sometimes service is a bit slow, but it's not because the staff isn't trying. What I didn't like - the resort does not provide maid service every day. This is fine, except that I did not know that. It would have been nice if they posted a sign about this in each room. They probably mentioned this in the fine print on the brochure they put the room key in, but who reads that in its entirety? wifi is a bit slow - ok for leisure would not be okay for business, I never did hear back from the Spa when I emailed them prior to my stay. Since we stayed at the end of the season, some services had reduced hours. For example, the Cafe closed early one day, without notice. A text message to guests or at least a written sign on the Cafe the day before would have been nice. In-room coffee maker is awful - go to the Cafe or pub. But the lovely views, clean modern room made up for the drawbacks.

We had a dog friendly room beneath us. The dog barking was totally obnoxious! Such a lovely deck overlooking the marsh and had to listen to someones dog bark! And barking, and barking. Middle of the night barking. I will not return, nor will i recommend this resort. I get the idea of allowing a service dog… in a designated room away from other guests, but what is this “bring your own dog thing?” We always pay for our dog to be kennelled when we travel.

Not worth your time.

The power was off most of my two days there. No one called to let me know they had no power before I arrived. As power went on and off during the stay there was no one around to answer questions. The room was not clean and the facility is in dire need of updates. I tried to take a bath and the water as brown. The water was not drinkable or usable in any way during my stay. No air, no lights, no service. I would not recommend. There was no comp or even an explanation for the poor state of the hotel or complete lack of service. I would never stay her again.
