the staff in Hotel reception is very kind ,and help, because I have wifi connection problem with my cellular phone.

The only reason I moved the service to 4 out of 5 was because the computer kept checking me out every night. Other then that everything was great!

This Hotel is really great. They usually have at least one staff member that speaks English downstairs and are willing to help with anything. The place is clean and comfortable and in located in a really nice area. The only reason why I didn't give them a 5 star is because the computer kept checking me out every day which was annoying over a week period.

I didn't like it very much because the bed was too soft , I wasn't able to throw higiênico paper in the toilet and When I arrived in the evening my room hadn't been cleaned. I had to call someone to clean it.

Pros: Really nice breakfast and location. Staff is super polite and helpful. Cons: The main entrance needs a better look, so does the hotel's restaurant. I found bed linen with holes and stains. Towels are really not comfortable. Room service really bed for its food (I was reimbursed for that). Don't panic. There are several nice restaurants in the hotel's area. The free wifi is terrible. I asked the manager for the paid one as a courtesy and they were happy to provide me that.
