From our room there was easy access to both pool and beach in a beautiful setting. Woman at the front desk was very kind. Food from bar was not great...esp small order of fish for $26. We could have used more towel racks for a family of four.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, our ocean view room was worth the extra we paid .. but the bathrooms and furniture were definitely outdated and needed to be updated to reflect a resort feel.

I booked this place due to a last minute need. Although convenient and right in front of the beach, the place itself it's not being taken care of. When you arrive at the hotel entrance, you may or may not be stopped by a security guard who will stare at you until your intentions for visiting are magically blurred out of your mouth. The lack of consistency with that is truly laughable. The lobby has the most beautiful view of the whole place. I chose a room by the pool and was immediately taken aback from the dust smell once inside. The sad part is that you start getting used to it. Within an hour, the following happened: - Alive cockroach found on my bed. - My door wouldn't open (so grateful that the rooms by the pool have two doors). - The door lock didn't work. - Asked to be moved to another room. - That room didn't have the toiletries checked, as two of the bottles had been opened already. The wooden furniture it's extremely worn out; scratched and chipped everywhere. This place used to be la crème de la crème 10 years ago, but I don't know where the money is going. I'd like to note that, even with the pandemic, this place was almost sold out and the guests were mostly Americans paying $300 per night.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice restaurant bar by the pool with great food and good Mojito‘s. For the price of the room I had could’ve used a little updating was kind of rundown.

Pros: The beach, pool and retaurants are great. Cons: The room had popcorn walls flat pillows, a broken sink, and we had no water one morning.

The checkin was quick and had our room as promised. Also, staff was friendly and good service. Our room had a nice ocean view and was very comfortable. Also, the pool bar staff provide good service. The hotel had many food options and food tasted very good. However, the only thing on food was served a little cold but tasted good. I would stay again at this property.

it was awesome, the room excellent, the view to the sea much better, the surroundings of trees made it more perfect the service was very proper and must of all the sea in front of the hotel was amazing we will return soon
