The place looks great. The new suite rooms look nice but the walls/ceilings are thin so you get disturbed regularly and the new beds are like sleeping on the floor they’re that firm! Left there after 6 days feeling tired and disappointed.

did not like our room being made up while we were down stairs having breakfast at 8 am . Staff could have waited until we returned so we could have closed our cases,put away our dirty underclothes,put our money and personal papers away, and cleaned up the bathroom of our medical needs without them doing it for us.Very rude and an invasion of our privacy .not impressed.

it was central to everything and good resturants hotel was clean and staff were very helpful.

Ramayana staff were very attentive. Lady who checked us in, arranged to have a birthday cake delivered to my friend during our breakfast on the 3rd day of our stay with restaurant staff playing Balinese music and singing birthday song; she also wished her when we went past the hotel lobby that day. Room was comfortable and spacious; toilet taps are a bit faulty but workable. Breakfast was really tasty with good spread.

One of the best places l have found in Bali. This resort is very central to great shopping and beach.The staff are the best, always there to help, making you feel you are the most important person in their service. They alway give welcome greetings very time they see you, this goes for all the staff. They have great breakfasts and excellent restaurant. Excellent pool and bar areas This place is one I will book again

We stayed in the old section not the new building. The pool and location are great, however the bed was awful as every time you moved it was so noisy. Also mosquitoes in the room everyday we got bitten. Also small cockroaches in the room. We had no hot water the first night but after mentioning it they fixed it straight away. The Breakfast was ok but nothing great.

Fantastic location. Renovation almost complete and will be fantastic when it is. New furniture everywhere. Best pool we have experienced not a tile out of place & great temperature. Day spa was over priced but several local spas within 2minute walk. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast nice but average. Overall a great place to stay.

Great location and the staff are friendly and efficient and the property is excellent after recent renovation

We had a lovely stay, very friendly staff and even though renovations are still happening there was no disturbance. Have already re booked to stay again.
