This place turned into a dump.

Well I stay was not good this time I’ve been coming here for years this is the first time I’m giving this place a well deserved bad review. This place has turned into a dump when you walk into the room the first thing I noticed is the foul smell the kitchen is definitely not well stock at all and I’m talking the simplest things like a spatula or a mixing bowl plates had chips in them cups were broken no cooking sheet the toaster was broken three spoons one fork and two and butter knives. The furniture in the room with beaten and worn down the guy at the front Dess was rude and no help whatsoever and try to tell me that that’s how their rooms always have been I said no no no I’ve been coming here for 25 years it has not always been this way then he wanted to blame housekeeping sorry it’s not housekeeping‘s fault for the curtains being torn up the locks on the screen door don’t work there’s no screens on the window the latch for the sliding door to keep it locked was falling off not safe at all. The bedsheets were terrible rough and scratchy the bed is lumpy they cannot blame this on housekeeping ,housekeeping has nothing to do with that that’s managements job to replace broken chip dishes screens on the windows also get new sheets I mean the list goes on and on. One of the reasons why I love this place at one time was it’s right across the street from the heavenly village right across the street from Raleys which has a Pete’s coffee in there not no more.

Under the gondola, this place is good for spring breakers, kids and young families, pretty muchba dump. The place should be demolished and rebuilt

The room was clean and comfortable. The real main attraction is the location. It’s about a 2 minute walk to heavenly village. We were staying here to ski, so the idea of a quick walk to the gondola was amazing. This hotel is definitely older and has been partially renovated. I would stay here again.

We've stayed at this property with our 2 kids during our annual February ski trip for the past 14 years, but this was the first time without kids as they are both now attending college. In the past, we booked a 2 bed/bath room with kitchen and living area...this time, we booked a king room. Our disappointments were many: coffee maker had no outlet where it lived, so had to be moved to a precarious, spot on sink; microwave didn't work because it had not been programmed; fridge froze everything even when on lowest temp; toilet backed up to rim and no plunger or maintenance crew to assist; breakfast lines were long and slow; the price of the room was too high for all the inconveniences. What was once a fun family stay turned sour this trip.

Excellent service and good for family staycation

Overall ok except the booking system...some lil bit problem..coz we reserved a deluxe 2bdrm paying an advanced in other website but in there hotel system was only 1 bd. And I'm so disappointed and upset coz we are 6 people's trying to fit in 1bdrm.. so i have to talk and going back to front dest what is d problem why its happened like that...they said it error of the 3rd party reservation so we waiting and finally they fixed it and give the 2bdrm like my reservation...just a hour but tge service is excellent and front desk are very helpful 👍 we are so happy, very convenient to everywhere.
