Clean and modern. Excellent, friendly service

This motel is in a great location with stunning views. Our room was large clean and appeared to be renovated. Had a large balcony. Also a small kitchen which is handy if you want to cook. We didn’t! Restaurants are close by. The Encounter cafe is right next door open early til 3pm. We had breakfast there both days and it was delicious. The Pier pub down the road was excellent too as was Zephyr. Will definitely stay here again

Lovely room jice seating area for the tv with full sky package. Booking stated wifi available in room. This technically is not a lie because you can connect to the network but so slow that cannot load any website. Shoukd not be advertised as having wifi

Prefect property for a large family with 4 kids. Was only an overnight stay but wish it was for longer. They even had the heat pump on and ready for us when we arrived late.

Great spot, warm on a cold night, the owner was particularly helpful with recommendations for where to go for the best fish & chips. Awesome to watch the sum come up in the morning from our room.

I found check in and check out staff totally indifferent. I asked for a recommendation for dinner and was told one place was booked out but no other suggestion made, nor suggestion as to how I could get to other restaurants. Accommodation just average and expensive for the price

Great service for people arriving late at night. It was easy to get into the room with everything all set up

Close to the Ocean and town centre. Building work next to the hotel so a little noisy at times.

Our only problem was caused by Expedia. I had modified our reservation months ago. I received the updated information but the hotel did not. Our room was not available.
