The hotel is fabulous and right on the River Walk. Lovely lobby area with a fireplace and comfy oversized seats and couches. Nice place to chill. Rooms are nice size and ours had a spa tub and large bathroom. We had drink and lite dinner at restaurant on bottom floor and it was a nice environment. Walk out the door and you are in the river walk. Great hotel and super location. Walking distance to the Alamo.

We looked forward to this for a long time, and to come here was an all out expense...the TV didn't work first time we tried to use the remote and couldn't turn it on from the back, could never connect to the free wifi, and couldn't unlock the balcony door in the morning...we expected so much more for the price paid.

The hotel was beautiful and our room had a great view of the city. The hotel restaurant was definitely top notch and our waiter, John, was the most excellent! The jacuzzi tub was awesome. I liked that it had a separate tub from the shower. Tbe shower needs a better design as both my husband and I flooded the bathroom during our showers. The bottom of the shower door left a gap between the tole and the glass so water was able to get out easily. The location of the hotel was PERFECT. It was an easy walking distance to the Alamo and even to the other shops downtown.

The overall stay was ok. I expected more due to the increased pricing compared to other hotels in the immediate area. There was a cockroach in one of the restrooms, bathroom sink was partially clogged and my spa time was cut short about 10 minutes. But overall I would say the stay was ok. Next trip we will be staying elsewhere due to the aforementioned reasons.

Perfect stay with the wife

Extremely nice, comfortable, quiet and clean hotel. Convenient to downtown, quaint restaurant with seating along the riverwalk and it "appeared" to be in the middle of a park with all the trees, birds and beautifully maintained plants and shrubs. Will stay there again for sure!

Gorgeous hotel right on the riverwalk and within easy walking distance of the Alamo. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff was very polite and professional.

Very nice hotel. Staff was excellent, so was restaurant /w outdoor seating.

Our room was very very clean and relaxing. The staff was very polite and attentive. Even with covid we felt safe. I only wished we would have booked our massage prior to our arrival. They were booked all weekend. We ended up getting our couples massage elsewhere. But overall it was a great stay!

Wonderful service, beautiful and clean. Excellent amenities
