food and staff great , Room dated sewage smell did change room eventually, Sea view only achieved due to height of building maybe should have been mentioned at booking.

Great hotel ,near beach

Stayed for a week mid October, so not too busy at the hotel , the room was large ,clean and with great views of the sea and over Alvor . Bathroom was clean ,restocked regularly and the shower was powerful ,and hot . The hotel restaurant and bar area were well presented, the food and drink varied and plentiful . The pool was beautiful , a little fresh but not too cold . plenty of sun beds around the pool and ample gardens to spread out . We stayed on the 14th floor but the lifts worked well . Reception was helpful with information taxi info and bus timetable,for trips further away . I would definitely come back , everything worked as it should , free WiFi available in all areas , tvs great size and channel choices. Fridge and free safe in rooms .

Nice hotel close to beach

Staff was friendly, cheerful, helpful, great service. Hotel location is right near an amazing beach and great boardwalk to walk on. Surrounding towns were nearby. We did not rent a car, had no need. We either walked to town or took a taxi. Food choices for the buffet were varied daily, always something great to eat. There was fish and chicken choices daily, as well as fruit, and great desserts.

Clean and friendly staff

Few minutes walk from a beach nestled in between rock formations on the left towards the end of the beach there is a small restaurant called Canico that offers beautiful views from the beach

Nice hotel close to the beach

Trip was great, both for adults an kids, food was ready good an plenty to choose from, games room could do with up dating but apart from that it was a lovely hotel, great staff, great pool an lovely beach.

Great Place to Holiday

Friendly clean hotel, fabulous views from the 15th floor room we had, lovely sea water pool, good choice of buffet food, and drinks. Short walk through the gardens to the 4kms of white sandy beach. Very helpful staff, without exception, handy location for the pretty fishing town of Alvor, and its stunning estuary.We will be revisiting !!!

Super location but hotel a little tired. Think its a second rate all inclusive in comparison to some places however we felt we had value for money and it suited our family. Loads of space for kids to play outside. Food good but a little canteen like at night instead of restaurant like! Alvor beautiful and windy so never felt over hot.

High Rise Hotel lovely gardens near stunning beach

Despite a rather dated building, the peeling painted exterior hides a realm of facilities and comfort inside. Receptionists were efficient and helpful. The rooms were clean and almost all have balconies with fantastic views. The food selections were varied and wide-reaching with choices including wonderful salads, grilled meats, plenty of fish, always a pasta dish, lamb, veal, duck, pizza and casseroles. The desserts also offered plenty of choice. With long meal-times the buffet never seemed too crowded. When we stayed there were only a few children, the majority of residents were golfers who vacated the hotel most of the day leaving the poolside peaceful. The golf societies were somewhat rowdy in the bar at night! If the poolside is not your cup of tea then the stunning beach is barely 5 minutes walk away.
