I use Intercity hotels whenever I visit Germany. The are consistently excellent for a reasonable price.

Nice property - be aware of the tram noise all night.

Excellent handy hotel for main station

Functional hotel close to Düsseldorf station.

Great hotel, conveniently located near the main train station. It was easy to walk from here to the river, and the Christmas Markets. The bar in the lobby was a bonus when we arrived late on Friday evening - the prices were reasonable, and the barman charged my mobile for me as I had forgotten to bring an adaptor! Another plus with this hotel chain is the free travel ticket that is provided for the duration of your stay. We went to the Kunstpalast, and even back to the airport on the ticket.

Hotel was quite good central location close to trains. Tram does run outside the front and starts at 6am. good alarm call ! A bigger quilt would be a good idea on the beds. Breakfast was usual fair.

The reception employee rude Not friendly at all except one old lady was very good the young and old man was not friendly

I only stayed for one night en route back to the UK from elsewhere in Germany and this was my first stay in this particular Intercity hotel. It was in an excellent location, being a few minutes walk from the main train station but also comfortably close to the main shopping area of the city. The room was modern, light, comfortable and spotless and when I had questions the staff on reception were friendly and helpful. I would definitely return to this hotel in future.

Very close to train station. Good selection at breakfast. The hotel is situated on a street that has no through traffic, but does have trams passing by. Although the frequency is quite low at night, if you are a light sleeper, ask for a room not facing the street. A good Italian restaurant across the street with oven fired pizza.
