This was a gem of a find. I had to book a hotel for a coworker that was coming in from out of town and mImm was so excited to find it because the office I had to report to was only a 5mins drive away. I wouldnt even consider staying at the rest of the hotels in the area.

Really cute hotel. Would be nice if the hotel served food since there’s not much around the area except Tartine. And also have a couple of drink options to lounge by the pool. Donald at the front desk was extremely nice. So was Christina and all the rest of the staff. They let me check out late because I was having back problems and even sent a cold pack to use for my back. That was amazing customer service. I enjoyed my room and decir except the view :( My view overlooked a building in construction so would’ve nice to have gotten a different room. Overall I thought it was a nice place to stay and will definitely come back in the future.

Beautiful gem of a hotel in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Immaculately clean, Centrally located, quiet, close to transportation and some great restaurants.

Absolutely love this place

Wow Tall ceilings… we got the entree level room & I thought it seemed much bigger than I expected. King sized bed loved the 5 star quality bedding, wonderful towels, windows that open for fresh air. Everyone gave us bottled water down stairs. Customer service 10/10 from everyone. Very clean room. Really happy this experience

Late arrival. Hotel was gated and locked. Had to knock on door and yell out hello to get someone to let us in. Once in staff was nice. Space was very clean. I was told a $250.00 deposit was required upon arrival which came as a shock. Upon check out, the young lady at the desk told me that charge was being held and not charged. That charge has been applied to my card without any explanation. Sent an email immediately and have received no response. I did receive an invoice for $52.00 for taxes which i was aware of.

Clean, luxurious, and affordable!

This hotel was the best stay I have ever had! I needed a place to stay while my daughter had surgery near by, and I booked a room with a balcony. Pristine clean when I arrived! Excellent check-in service. Security in the underground parking, and through out the entire property. Lovely pool and state of the art fitness room! Furnishings were sparkling with that European flair! Nice breakfast of local pasteries and fantastic gormet coffee. Just what I needed to start my day! Housekeeping service daily with all the special touches. This hotel was such a welcome relief during a time when worries are high. I will definately stay here again. Beautiful boutique hotel, excellent service, on site parking, fantastic decor, fresh and clean, a welcome relief! I couldn't of asked for anything more. Was WAY ABOVE my expectations! Thank you, Alsace for making a stressful time seem like a european vacation!
