We had a nice stay. We ran into some snafus right away. Hotels.com did not notify the property of our reservation and we were checked into a condo that was having maintenance done. But Wyndham went out of their way to fix everything quickly and were friendly and accommodating. Condo was clean and beds were comfortable. The view was lovely also.

I loved... Loved... Loved this place!! Andrea was super polite and informative at the moment of check in and giving information about amenities and discounts in the area. The place is lovely, well maintained, clean... I can't wait to come back.

Best part of the whole trip !! The room was actually better described as a condo, with two bedrooms, two full bedrooms, kitchen and a living room. One bedroom had a in-room jacuzzi tub, YEAH!! Not exactly walking distance to any attractions, but that just means more privacy. Will definitely stay there again.

The property is an older property. But they can at least give it an overall. The bathroom sinks are super low, toliet are low. There were no full pot sets, only pieces of pots. We had one small pot and a medium and small skillet and nothing else. Nothing to bake with. Would I come back to stay again, probably not. And I am a Wyndham owner.

Very clean and roomy condo.

I stayed in a one bedroom with my kids and Wife. The couch folds out into a queen size bed giving the kids plenty of space to sleep. Everything was very spacious and clean. I did not like that they try to trick you into buying a timeshare by telling you they will give you extra stuff if you come to an “open house.” They then wanted to know how much money I made a year and then practically kicked me out of the lobby when I told them I wasn’t interested. I was never told the gym was closed or that the playground was closed. My kids were very upset that they couldn’t utilize the playground. I woke up early to go workout and was told the gym was closed due to COVID. The CDC said COVID isn’t easily spread on surfaces so there is no reason for the gym or playground to be closed. I had to park a long way away when I came back late one night due to limited parking. I enjoyed the stay minus what I already mentioned and would stay again. Open the playground and Gym. Kids aren’t going to spread COVID on the playground and all gyms are back open now, so why isn’t yours? I feel like If the amenities are closed, my price should have been cheaper.

Over priced, nothing special the best thing was the wash and dryer!!!

Oh my goodness!!! This was the most absolutely fantastic condo to be in. We had so much room & enjoyed the "at home" feeling we had. The staff I encountered were a joy to deal with.

Horrible WiFi. But all else is great. We loved it here. Date changes can be inflexible so be aware of that, even if booking site offers free changes. Doesn’t really work so great. But the property and amenities are top notch. Homey. Loved it and would come back.

The Club Wyndham location and room were excellent. Plenty of room for 4 guests. The guest services was lacking. Our master bath was not clean, dirty make up mirror, lots of hair in the shower drain. Vanity top had sticky stuff on it and faucets had toothpaste spit on them. When I called, person seemed dismissive, never apologized and asked if I’d like the master bath cleaned. I thought they should have offered to Reck’e an the whole place, but I replied yes and no one ever came by to clean the bathroom. Randy and Jessica were both helpful on the front end of our vacation.
