The room reserved was not the room we received. Rooms looked nothing like what is displayed on site. Upon pointing these discrepancies out they agreed to move us but it would be later the next day. The room we moved to was much better and more inline with what we reserved. All along the ocean front/view rooms you hear a constant boom boom boom from the adjacent property, Viva Wyndam beach. This is heard in the room until 12:30 am every day and makes it necessary to try and sleep with ear plugs, not an enhancement to relaxation.

Property is beautiful and well kept, beach towels were always available, no lines for food. Very well managed property. However, the rooms are very outdated, ceiling leaking, toilet piping noisy, bathroom door would not close properly

Beautiful grounds! Lots of nature all around—-palm trees, beautiful beach, lots of sand. Ducks, geese, flamingos, turtles, iguanas and even cats!! My kids loved to run after the geese and feeding flamingos. The gardeners are doing a great job— always working!

Where do I start. The rooms are horrible its only meant for 2 people the most 3. There was a lot of false advertisement we booked a superior plus room which they don't even have. If you go with kids and have a boy and girl basically you cant put them together in one bed. The rooms are outdated with mold smell. Had to change rooms. This is not a kids friendly resort. The kids have nothing to eat except pizza and french fries. The food was ok but you have no service. Instead of relaxing you would have to stand on line to get any kind of drinks. On our trip all kids caught a stomach bacteria from the pools which are not cleaned properly. NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH which is very hard when you don’t speak Spanish. To explain to someone what you want was vey very hard. There is no internet service. The only good thing there was the beach and entertainment. I would never recommend this place to anyone.More Date of stay: February 2022

1/5 stars for this hotel. If you plan to stay on the beach the entire day and don’t need food or drinks this is the place for you. Service everywhere was horrible. Long lines at the ONE bar at the pool and beach, pool side food was hit or miss, buffet food was just okay but good luck getting any drinks. My fiancé and I waited for 20 min before we were given forks and knives so we can eat no matter how many times we asked. Our room was more like a motel room. I understand that they are in the process of remodeling but it was just horrible. Our shower had BLACK MOLD and all the drawers and closets looked like they were on their last leg but just repainted to look fresh. If you have any issues in the room that need maint. to fix, be prepared to not leave your room for that whole day as you will be left waiting with no eta. Practice on your Spanish as almost none of the wait staff understood anything else. Travelocity advertised free WiFi in all rooms and some public areas but that really means you will be running around the lobby looking for the best connection. There is no WiFi in any rooms and it is very spotty all over the rest of the resort. Take all the advertisements and pictures posted with a grain of salt as we never saw half the things we read about or that were posted by these travel agencies. There was also no water park or water slides for children as advertised. When false advertisement was brought up to manag. we were told these agencies come up with their own info

Service was mediocre. Staff ignored questions at the guest services. Receiving and returning towels was inconvenient. Made it much harder than it needed to be. Drinking Water was very limited in the rooms and could not request more. Womens Public toilets were not properly functioning majority of the time. Little to no waiter drink service. Mandatory Covid test forced us to wait hours to schedule an appointment for which we then had to wait another 3 hours. Food was good, beach and water are excellent. Staff is overall nice but provide little to no service.

This property is combined with the Viva Wyndham Beach Resort so it had quite a few amenities as well as options for food and extra curriculars. It seemed that there were a lot of European guests, so there was not a lot of English speaking options. But when it came to the front desk, excursions, and pharmacy they made sure to have someone who would be able to help us. With covid we weren't sure what to expect, but they only required masks when ordering drinks, walking thorough food places, and other close encounters which was not too bad. I'd definitely recommend for the price point. The beaches were beautiful!
