Always a Good Place to Stay

We have stayed at this hotel several times and always are pleased with the accommodations, service, parking, and food. We especially enjoy the rooftop bar and pool with an excellent view of the area!

Fatima at the front desk was excellent in helping us with requests and advice. The restaurant service staff were excellent. The cleaning staff need a separate mention. So clean!

This is one of those places that charms you with it’s old world attention to detail. The entire hotel was impeccable and the staff was incredible. We visited during COVID and the hotel was set up with a perfect amount of care to make everyone feel comfortable and safe but also at ease. I can’t say enough good things about it! Also, we drive here from the States and there is a large secure parking lot. We had a wonderful and huge suite on the front of the hotel with a balcony and wonderful view of the ocean. Unfortunately, it was difficult to sleep because the party on the Malecon Saturday night went until 2am. If you want to go to bed early and sleep well, and are willing to forgo the beautiful view from your room, I would request a room on the back side.

Rude staff will not let me get my food delivery from uber eats or will not contact me when taxi arrive for pick up got overcharge on stuff i did not order at the hotel and also my food delivery had to reorder cause recepsionist would not let the delivery driver come to my room and deliver the food

I absolutely loved this hotel. I do wish they had more information about activities and the option to book directly with them. I did find it annoying that my family visited, but they were not allowed in the pool area. I understand why this is done, but I feel it just made me rethink hotel options. Overall the staff made our stay great!

pleased overal

The staff was friendly, great breakfast accommodations for free. The pool is kind of small but is comfortable. The only thing that I found was that the pool bar was way overpriced compared to other properties. Rooms are clean and comfortable their air-conditioning works great. To get to the pool you have to clean three floors due to the elevator only leaving you at the ninth floor. So if you have someone that is handicap it’s gonna be impossible for them to enjoy the pool.
