Looks better in pictures

Waterpark is fun but will not stay overnight again. Bedding is uncomfortable, and rooms are dated, dirty. Alarm kept going off all hours of the night because the "kitchen thinks theres a fire" YALL SHOULD FIX THAT. Didnt make for a pleasant time.

Extremely disappointed.

Not worth the money! Comfort was lousy! The whole couch fell into the floor.

Very clean, nice staff, property was very warm, restaurant was uncomfortably warm and made our meal quite unenjoyable

We decided to give them one more try seeing it has been several years since we last stayed. Another disappointment 🙁 The room now only comes with 4 wrist bands for the family suite, we had 5 adult and 1 child. Ants crawling inside of window frame, pullout sofa bed was broke and floor was not clean!!!

Swim for the Day, But do not Stay

Waterpark was great. Next time will get a day pass for that, and stay at a different hotel. Rooms were absolutely not worth the price paid. Was a bra insert on top of one of our lamp shades. Literally 50% of the games in the arcade were broken. Bathroom was tiny, with no fan in it, and something was wrong with the toilet. The breakfast buffet was very good, but the other 2 times we tried to eat during our stay, all the dining options were closed.

Tundra

It seems to be in not the best repair inside room. Services for water park and arcade are limited. Restaurant buffet wasnt very good, wouldnt pay for it again. The server was very nice.

expensive weekend

325$ for one night .. cant check in till 4pm out by 11 Room heater/Air conditioner broken in the room ... Concessions and or restaurant closed earlier then what was listed .. lots arcade game out of order ... inside Hot tub had way to much chlorine made you cough an hard to breath by most that entered not just us .. but the slides an lazy river was fun .. outside hot tub nice .. Hours of using could've been longer .. 9 o'clock everything shut down ... food, pool , everything, Ending up doing kwick trip run and ordering out 4 food

Over priced not worth the money!!!!

We have never been here before, The kids had fun playing in the water… we were suppose to have a cot in our room, calling down to the front desk, the phone in our room did not work. The couch bed had very thin sheets on it.They looked old. I was able to get a blanket for one of our kids that slept on the pullout couch. Taking a shower the water was cool it never got hot.We did the best we could with cold water. Wanting to go down and have supper at the restaurant just to find out that it wasn’t open for seating. We had to order not at the bar somewhere else, then eat at the bar…. Not a good idea with small children very un - happy will never stay here again!

Meh

Our stay was just okay…. The hotel is very understaffed right now. That’s not the fault of anyone working there…. And the workers we encountered were friendly. Needs a good deep cleaning. Looks like they are starting to recarpet so that’s good.
