We viisted this hotel to go to the Cologne Christmas Markets. It's ideally placed just behind the Dom and an easy walk from the station. It was an absolute delight. We had an excellent suite (quite unexpected), very comfortable, splendid breakfast spread. It doesn't have it's own restaurant but there is a huge choice down beside the river. Top marks.

Super location and super staff. Nice buffet breakfast. The room (we had a suite) was characterful and comfortable. The carpet might be in due for renewing.

This hotel is very mixed, the 4th floor is like the 1970’s , terrible bed, Noisy heating, decor outdated, the 2nd floor is modern and nice

Perfect location walking distance from the main train station , beside all the major museums and landmarks and for the Christmas markets. The hotel is clean, warm and managed by friendly efficient staff. Our room had a separate sitting room which could double a another bedroom if needed. We didn't eat there because there were so many great coffee houses and restaurants nearby. I will definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it.

Very clean and great location to Downtown Cologne.easilybealked to all what I wanted to do and to Convention Center.

I booked double room for single use. It’s spacious and comfy. It would be better if a kettle with tea and coffee are provided. Mind you that there’s a pub next to the hotel. It was extremely noisy especially during weekends. The strong music would not stop until 1am!

I reported in the beginning that it was too hot in the room and the hotel immediately wanted to help me solve the problem. Staff is incredibly friendly. The rooms are quite tiny however and the bathrooms aren't very nice with the plastic shelling. All in all though a great hotel at a great location. The windows are amazingly sound proof so don't worry about noise from the street.

Nice small hotel just off the Rhine in Cologne. They made efficient use of a small space with well planned bathroom and furnishings. Only issue was it was near a noisy restaurant and to keep the unairconditioned space cool the windows needed to be open and hence lots of noise at night from the restaurant and early morning from trash collection.
