One of the best values in Mazatlan

This is one of the best values I have ever experienced in a resort. The location, room size, and pool areas were amazing. The staff was amazing, and very helpful. I also felt safe with the pandemic precautions they have in place now. The only critique I have is the bed and couch were firm (as others have mentioned) but were still ok. Overall I loved it and would return.

Beautiful grounds and view

Hotel is beautiful and the best I could see in the area. Food is okay. There is a pottery painting station that had unreliable hours even when we had an appointment. The massage services are very limited on weekdays and not offered on weekends. I loved the grounds and the view but I wish the timeshare people would take no for an answer the first time. It sucks to be hiding from someone while on vacation.

The staff was friendly and the property was very clean. We had a 1 bedroom family condo and we were very comfortable with 5 people in our family. This is a time share facility but we were lucky enough to get it from Expedia. They didn’t hound us to buy in but after staying there we will explore those options a bit more. The pool area was perfect for our 2 toddlers and our teenager enjoyed it as well. They had activities for all ages throughout the day. We will be going back for sure!!!

Torres Mazatlán is a beautiful property. People return year after year. The only thing we were disappointed with was the food. It was very average with all meals. And there is nowhere close to eat elsewhere.

Really enjoyed but Am really upset that we were not told there was no heater or ac. They were doing maintenance. I think we should have been told. Had to get a heater because my son was sick. And the office were very non caring about it. Basically we were told we could talk to hotels.com and find another hotel. I think we should have been told and been a little more sympathetic.

The air conditioning in the unit we had didn't work. Also, it would be nice to have a shelf in the shower to put the shampoo, cream rinse etc on. We liked the face that we could stay on the premises as everything we needed/wanted was there.
