I did not even stay at this hotel due to Covid 19. I tried everything to get my money back to no avail. I went to the bank I went to hotels.com I went to PayPal the way I paid it and I even rang the hotel many many times which were I was treated very rudely over. In circumstances in times like this as well as financial hardship I do believe I deserve a refund.

Flight cancelled and non essential travel not authorised by the gouvernement. Hôtel refused to acknowledge exceptional circumstances or offer any voucher. Hotel did not offer any alternate date. Would not recommend at all for poor customer service

Very clean, great location, friendly staff. Thin walls meant that I was woken up early on a couple of occasions, as cleaners began in other rooms at 8am.

Room was a bit small but adequate , roof top bar would have been nice if the weather wasn’t so windy

Small nice hotel with internet and printer. Breakfast was included.

The property was very clean. The room was great and very comfortable. The only dislike was that there wasn't much variety at breakfast and not enough seating.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel location is close to Roma Termini (Central station for Regional train), very convenient to take the train and bus going around town. Room is clean and the bathroom is

The roof garden is a nice touch. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Room bigger than I expected. Great location, 2 mins from Roma Termini and walking distance to most of the main sights. Only used the metro to get to the vatican. Lots of places to eat on the doorstep.

Close to train station, close to the sights, no issues at all walking arou d late at night. Great for those that are not spending a lot of time at the hotel. It has everything you need. Very practical in all senses.

The hotel is located near all sources for public transportation. It serves an excellent breakfast. It has a distinctive Roman style.
