Colorful mexican house with beautiful views, very quiet and relaxed atmosphere considering that north of the island was craziness. People managing the place were very kind and helpful. Having access to the Kin ha restaurant/park was a plus, such a fantastic place, the pool setting catered for everyone, the beach dock was spotless, the water could not be more perfect. Food, drinks, service and having the ability to kayak, paddle board and snorkel in the same place was great.

Amazing gem…

What can I say about this trip? It was fantastic…the hotel is a small gem in Isla Mujeres. Decided to reserve there for our anniversary and couldn’t have gone better. The service was great. The employees make you feel special. I wrote ahead and the room was decorated for my husband beautifully with flowers, balloon etc. What can I say about the view? We got the Peace room (all rooms have names instead of numbers) and it faced directly to the sea… amazing. In addition to this hotel, they have a sister property that is just amazing! The Kin Ha’ restaurant is also fantastic, with great service, great food, awesome ambiance, great beach and pools to relax. Again!!! Nothing bad to say, just amazing little place. If you are looking for a nice place, look no further!

We'll be back

It was amazing. We will be back! The only trouble we had was with hot water a couple of the days we were there. The food at the restaurant was so good, we ate there every day!

I loved it! It is small and quaint with very large rooms, with views that you will never grow tired of. Serene and Chris and really all the staff are so friendly and helpful that you feel like family when you’re there. I cannot wait to go back!!!

The staff were all great and wonderful! The food was nice, and the pool was perfect. The bikes were bit rough (but being upgraded to aluminum :) ). Overall it was a very nice experience and we will stay here again.

We loved the beachfront scenery, it was absolutely amazing. But the kicker was the one on one service from the very friendly staff! If you asked for it they made it happen. Chris and Elena/Selena were wonderful and accommodating. Nina and Matcha were so great to have on site, I was missing my fur babies so to have them there was really homey. I highly recommend getting a golf cart to explore the island. I was terrified but the other drivers are respectful and used to golf cart transport, it felt so good to be out on our own and not scary at all! We enjoyed Casa de los Sueños and the experience!
