It was around 7pm and the carpet look like it had not been clean in days, and the sheets from the rooms and towels were outside the door for a few hours even after we arrive. Outside the property, there were several beer bottles and trash all around. The staff was friendly and fast.

I was kind of disappointed with the cleanness. The room everything that you need, but the room was dirty. There were store bags under the desk and seemed that the carpet has not been vacuumed for awhile. The AC was very dirty and it smelled. I think maintenance is very poorly. I did not bother to call to be changed to a different room due to the fact that my mother who is handicap was very tired from a 5 hour trip and needed to rest. The manager had a great service and had a bad due workers calling sick.Other than that, it was good.

You get what you pay for

The room was fine but the overall grounds of the hotel was a big let down. We chose this hotel based off the fact that they claimed to be dog friendly, but really they just allowed dogs- it’s not what I would consider dog friendly. There was absolutely no place for them to use the bathroom without risking stepping on broken glass and trash throughout the parking lot or that plus cacti and sticker weeds just beyond the parking lot. I really was shocked at how much trash was everywhere. And with the trash there were lots of ants all over the grounds too. Of course we were told that they were understaffed (who isn’t these days?) but I still feel that is no excuse for all the garbage on the ground outside. The one positive thing the hotel offered was a partially hot breakfast. Eggs, sausage, potatoes and waffles plus other options for the family breakfast was a redeeming point for the hotel.

Disappointed

I was disappointed with this Hotel! Especially it being a Quality Inn hotel. Trash cans outside full, noise tub and fridge in room didnt work. Remote control needed batteries I hope or broken. Good parking and nice Location.

I had no clock or closet in my room, I asked for a clock - it never came. The refrigerator didn't work (could potentially cause someone food poisoning). The "breakfast included" was merely a continental breakfast with scrambled eggs included. While the front desk is supposed to be staffed 24/7, it takes about 10 rings before anyone answers at night. What I did like about this hotel is that there were plenty of places to go by foot (if one's without a car), it was quiet, and the window had a blackout shade to keep the room dark when necessary. The staff (while they did not respond at all to requests or maintenance) were super friendly. I suspect their staffing is minimal, as so many places are right now.

Quality price; quality room

Overall, our experience was good. The room was standard. Bed was comfortable. Staff was courteous at check in and check out. Issues: we had a beer bottle cap in the room when we walked in and the tv remote had no back. The batteries were not staying in. The bottle cap said to me that the attention for cleanliness wasnt there. Not to say it happens often, just our experience. The check in clerk was apologetic.
