location it’s ok... close to the cruise ship dock. No real access to any meaningful beach unless you take a bit of a hike. Rooms are good.. lack of elevators in one wing of the hotel. I think there were two things that really disappointed me. food is horrible and service in the restaurant is lengthy and terrible. Staff behavior was very inconsistent. There were a couple good folks but the interaction with most of them were very disappointing. I recorded a lot of misinformation through y entire stay.

Hotel is run down to the point of being unhealthy. I was particularly disturbed by the central air conditioning system which it seems hasn't been maintained in years. You could see huge amounts of dust and muck gathering around the vents and grills. The air in the room was heavy with dust particles and smelled awful. Noisy ceiling fan, noisy toilet/bathroom fixtures, loud construction noise on the outside day and night made it pretty difficult to relax in room. Staff hospitality was a hit or miss with some great and others clearly depressed, demotivated and not caring less about being there. Decent food was probably the only saving grace but you get no information upon check in about what the dining options/times are. Had to figure this out on our own. Won't be going back and won't recommend this place to anyone who desires any modicum of quality.

Great location which allows easy access to the downtown area. Spectacular view.

This was a business trip for me. The proximity to the ocean gave me views which energised me in the morning and aided my relaxation on evenings. The staff were courteous and helpful.

Close to town. Every room is looking over the ocean and the mountain view at the same time..
