Cozy and comfortable

The room was well-maintained, clean and well-equipped. My bathroom was with bathtub which I really appreciate, during my stay, the fitness was available at 24/7, but the sauna/ spa is unfortunately under renovation. The mini bar in the room is free, bottle opener, glasses and water boiler are provided in the room which should be a basic thing but many hotels in Germany tend to neglect it. The front-desk was friendly and polite. All in all, I had a good time during my stay, everything was great and I wish I could stayed for longer.

Conveniently located, clean and well-managed hotel. Rooms are specious and with free bar for every night its a great value for money. Breakfast spread is also good.

Excellent place to stay in Bonn

The stay was excellent. Staff is curteous and very professional. They are willing to go the extra mile to help guests. The room is spacious and super clean. And they even offer drinks (including two beers) daily curtesy of the hotel. There is a cinema which has free movies once a week. The only bummer is that all TV channels were german. But aside from that it was a great experience!

Great location. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff, I arrived very early my first day and they accomodated me for early check-in, very early check-in. The bed was smaller than I imagined

The Aircondition in the hotel were not working, and the weather temperature at the time, makes it unbearable to have afternoon nap. The Aircondition wasn’t fix throughout our stay in the hotel. The staffs are excellent. They are very welcoming and polite.

Nice functional hotel, short walk to the Rhine which is lovely to walk along. Free beer & water in mini bar is a nice touch. Also the mini kitchen in the room was interesting and could be a plus for those who have the need to put it to use. Only minor feedback was the air con did not go as cold as I like even when turned down to below 5C, although temp was bearable. Staff were very helpful and a credit to the hotel!

The air conditioning system was broken when I arrived. Due to the heat wave, the room was boiling hot. The A/C was not going to be fixed before my departure, but this information was not provided upfront by the hotel. After suffering two miserable nights, I requested a refund for the final night, which was refused (was told that if the reservation was done through a third party (i.e., Expedia), it needs to be sorted with the third party). I cut my losses and booked myself into the Marriott.
