Do yourself a favor and book at this resort. It has the best food, friendliest service, great installations and ground. This was my second stay here and I plan to be back soon! Beds are comfortable and the resort is so large you never feel crowded. The staff is always very helpful and as far as resorts, this has the best food of any resort I have stayed at in the area.

Let’s start with this… Ventus Ha is NOT ON THE BEACH . My husband must have missed this little tidbit when he booked our stay because the website is a little misleading. The reality is that if you want the beach, this entire complex of 3 hotels is not for you. It is a strip of sand with piers and a lot of algae and low tide smell all the time. Back to the Ventus Ha…. It is the most peaceful and smallest of the complex. Apparently there were supposed to be more building but COVID halted that. Some of the construction walls and stuff are still visible. You have to walk across the street ( interior hotel road) to go to most restaurants and activities. It has a smaller pool which my kids liked because it was more peaceful, but not much else. The daily activities were lacking. They had a bike tour into town, an aqua fit class, a volleyball game once a day and bracelet making for kids. I don’t remember anything past that. We are used to the resorts in DR where you can find something to do all day if you so desire. The Good: the room was so comfortable. Not luxurious, but comfortable. 2 doubles and a queen Murphy bed fit our family perfectly. The a/c and ceiling fan kept the room cool the whole time and no issues with electricity. The balcony was a bonus and the sliding glass doors muffled almost all of the outside noise. 2) buffet options were very good. Tacos were the best. 3) walk to town was easy (1mile)and I love puerto Morelos. Have to cut review short, Expedia limit

Although the property is almost secluded, the resort made up on the amenities and dining options. Great staff and awesome service. Rooms made up everyday and the 24-hour room service is a plus. We loved everything at this place. Highly recommended.

We are a family of five: 2 teenage boys and a toddler. What we liked: swimming pools and room service (food) What we didn't like: the beaches and availability of restaurants. The beaches were full of seaweed and very rocky. Our kids did check-out boogie boards and had fun in the ocean. There were some lounge chairs and sun umbrellas on the beach, which was nice. The beaches are close to the bars, restrooms, and beach equipment check-out hut. The restaurants were booked our entire stay and we were never able to secure a reservation. Their menus looked great and we were very disappointed to not be able to try them. What we liked: swimming pools and room service (food) We really enjoyed all of the different swimming pools. Our teenage sons liked the "teen" pool, that had a built in cliff jump and water slide. The staff at the teen pool area were fun and entertaining. There was live music one afternoon which was fun. The buffet was okay but the same selections of food over and over again got boring. The pizza was gross. It has the potential to be awesome. They bake it in a stone oven. But the sauce of the pizza makes it super gross. They use cream cheese or some other creamy base (instead of pizza/tomato sauce) which made it gross. The poolside coffee shop that was open all day had nice selections (coffee drinks to order, ice cream, fresh fruit, yogurt, sandwiches, and sweet breads). Room-service (food-to-order) was a nice option (no additional charge).

Awesome place to stay, it is like three resorts in one. Staff was awesome, everything was well kept up. Drinks were not watered down like most places. There is a lot of walking which is fine by me because of all the great food there is to eat. The beaches were rocky with seaweed, so that was a bit of a let down. Would like better and louder music at the pools.

My stay was excellent…I will definitely return to this property and stay at one of the other 2 hotel options. You don’t have to leave the resort..plenty of great food options..entertainment..beach..sun..activities for kids..it really is ALL INCLUSIVE! Staff was warm and welcoming for the most part, I met one or two outliers, but other than that all the staff were always greeting you and making you feel welcome. The property was clean and staff were always around tidying and ensuring everything remained beautiful and well kept. I was very nervous about booking my 1st vacation through Expedia..I was nervous the photos wouldn’t be what I’d actually see but here everything was as beautiful in person as it was in the photo..I was very happy! Oh and I booked the round trip transportation it was worth not having to worry abt that or hv to figure that out. And don’t worry if you don’t book excursions ahead of time..there are people there every day waiting to help with that..so you can get there a figure out how you feel about when or if you want to take an excursion. Lastly, bring plenty of cash for tips ($2-5 dollars in most cases like when the guys bring drinks by the pool or luggage assistance etc), they seemed to really appreciate the gesture

The staff was amazing!! They were kind and attentive and although masked everytime we passed a staff member not in direct contact with us, they would nod and touch their heart, made us feel so welcomed! We satyed at the newest resort the Ha, our room was spacious, shower was huge, balcony had a hammock big enough for 2. The Ha is smaller quieter and beautifully tropical. More adult, less of a party crowd. It is was a quick 3-5 minute walk to anywhere else, or you could catch a golf cart. Roof top bar and pool was adult only, great views, good music, comfortable couches views beautiful, they had a casino night(pretend money) which was a blast. Staff was cleaning constantly. Masks were required to enter all inside buildings. Food was pretty good some restaurants better than others but thats just based on my personal preference. Entertainment every night, have to check schedule. Great live bands!! Lots of activities! Covid testing was quick and organized, enter your information, set up your appointment 24 hours or less prior to departure time, show up, results in 2 hours, easy directions to upload for checking in. Marina pool was definitely most lively party place to be during the day! Infinity pool by the ocean was more tame, but view was amazing! Only downfall were all the weeds on the shoreline, completely out of there control, but the staff was out all day everday raking and shoveling. Would definitely recommend!! Would definitely go back!

The good: The facilities were really good, everything is well maintained and in good conditions. The food was excellent either the buffet and the a la carte restaurant were really good. The bad: The internet is not included and there is a 40 dollars charge for one device. Also the beach is not that good, there is a lot of rocks and seaweed to enter the water.
