Live Aqua was nice just the organization of the gym fitness center needs more strict rules for those who don’t keep their schedule gum time for others who can’t get time.

The resort was inviting and very clean. They are abiding by the COVID restrictions. The staff is very friendly. The only thing was that our linens were musty and the room was damper than we’d expect even with the humidity. The food was mediocre.

The trip was amazing! Resort was so clean and the staff goes above and beyond! The resort and room were beautiful! I’d give it 10 stars if I could!

What an amazing stay at Live Aqua. The food and the people were amazing. The way they are dealing Covid all over the hotel is great. All restaurants were amazing and for sure check out MB. The habanero soup is a must try. My only complaint and it is small is the mini bar could have been better. It was not refreshed very often. This is not a party hotel. Most bars are closed by 11pm and for the most part the pools are pretty tame. So if you are looking for that find another hotel. This does not mean that you can’t have a blast sitting by the pool meeting new people and getting drinks served to you all day. We plan on going back as soon as the new travel restrictions ease up in the spring.

Stop reading and book! We had a great anniversary vacation at Live Aqua. The ocean front room was great, the food was amazing, but the real difference from other hotels (including other 5 stars in the area) is the STAFF!! They go above and beyond and work really hard to make your stay special. A special thanks to Roosvelt at the beach front area, Hector at Azul restaurant and many many others that really made our stay special. We will be back

My boyfriend and I had the most amazing time at Live Aqua. The food was delicious and the service was great. Staff are super friendly and happy to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The beach is clean as well. Our room had a great ocean front view. Would definitely return! The only flaw is that they were a bit too aggressive with selling us timeshares. They offer a massage by the beach for two for $100, but we weren't clearly told that we'd have to sit through an hour long sales presentation to get this deal. They also tried to make us sit through this hour long sales presentation during our first breakfast there. It was too much too soon, but other people did not seem to mind. We only wish that it was clearly stated from the beginning that the massage deal is only applicable if we sit through the sales pitch and I believe we would have been more open to it if they would've waited at least until our second full day to do this. We were tired and eager to relax, the last thing we wanted to do is sit through a sales presentation day one. There is also no pressure to buy anything so that was a plus. Other than that, the experience was 10/10 and I would def return.

All around a very nice resort. It was very clean and well kept throughout the resort. All the different pool options were incredible with the different temperatures in each one. Quick shout out to Heber and the super fun salsa dancing class he led!

The hotel location was excellent, all staff has great customer service very friendly. The resort it self was clean, food was great! The ocean view from our room was amazing!!!
