Comfortable bed, spotless linen. I was at front of hotel and despite a busy road outside - I did not hear the traffic. If you had the window open it may have been audible. But a flat roof outside so not safe to leave window open. Clean shower and bathroom.

Perfect location for getting off ferry from Portsmouth and needing a bed before long drive the next day. Rooms perfectly comfortable. Breakfast wonderful with loads of choice. Definitely worth paying extra for the breakfast.

We were given a warm welcome. The situation was ideal as we had just come from the ferry. The room was clean and comfortable and the shower room really modern. The hotel did not have a lift and we were 3rd floor. I had not thought to check if there was a lift but as I have difficulty with steps this was a bit of a problem, Also there were no lights on our corridor and as we arrived late it was just as well my husband had a torch so we could find our room number. He reported this fault and they noted it.

A one night stay after the ferry crossing from Portsmouth. Good hotel, handy for ferryport and all necessary requirements met, ie; clean room, comfortable bed, car park, wi-fi. Because the ferry was late arriving it meant that the hotel would be closed by the time we arrived. I e-mailed the hotel and explained the situation and by return had a reply giving me instructions about how to access the hotel with a code through the night entrance, together with information about our room number and the key - all good. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very convenient location for accessing the A88 and Falaise route after a late night ferry arrival.Very clear instructions over the phone in own language regarding late arrival.Restaurants and supermarket nearby.Very quiet room in spite of proximity to Caen ring-road.Welcome tray a bonus for us.Very good value.

La chambre est propre. J'ai apprécié la presence d'un restaurant dans l'hôtel. En ce qui concerne les services, ils ne sont pas à la hauteur de la reservation : la bouilloire est absente et c'est un peu facile de le justifier par la covid19. D'autant plus que le coût du petit dejeuner 10 € est exorbitant lorsqu'on ne prend qu' un café et un morceau de pain le matin.
