The property was beautiful, spotlessly clean. I felt it lacked a decent seating area for the bar.

Quiet and in a great location- an easy way to the Main Square. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was extensive.

Exterior belies the interior. Ultra modern to the point of eye watering design features. But an excellent location and great staff.

Location was excellent We booked a premier room but the small was very smalll with a small bed

This hotel is a little gem. Breakfast is amazing, and the free drink option (if you don't get your towels changed every day) is great too. I had a noisy neighbor and they try to talk to them, but to no avail. The day after they moved me to a quiter and huge room. Very nice.

We stayed here on our last day in Krakow so we had easy access to airport. Staff very helpful. Room a bit unusual in decor but satisfactory. Good location to Old Town Krakow and restaurants. Constance

The rooms are extremely small, my husband and I have to take turns walking from the bedroom to the bathroom, there is space just for one person to walk through. The breakfast is terrible. Tried the fried eggs this morning and tasted like plastic, the variety is very poor. Needless to say that there is a sign that says “Vegan”, looks like a joke, all they have is oranges, bananas, another fruit which I can’t remember and a plate of something mixed that it didn’t looked too appealing. The only positive thing is that the room was cleaned when we checked in.

Great location and staff were nice. Breakfast good also. Only issue for us was the decor - black, white and pink. Just not our style.

The reception staff were a bit all over the place with communication. I sent an email from the uk about a Salt mine tour which we booked for Wednesday 18th no payment taken until about an hour before your trip. On the Sunday when we arrived we asked if we could change it to Monday. All was good we went and paid for the Monday trip to the Salt mines. On Wednesday 18th we asked to book a taxi to the bus station for our departure the next morning. On Thursday morning we waited for the taxi to arrive, during this time one of the receptionists claimed that we didn't arrive for the Salt mine trip booked on the Wednesday, I then told her we swapped and went on the Monday. She wanted money for the the trip we didn't go on. Luckliy her supervisor stepped in and explained. While this was going on we were still waiting for our taxi which was now five minutes late. As we realised the taxi wasn't late reception had ordered us one to the airport and not bus station. It was the taxi driver I felt sorry for he had been waiting in the lobby area all the time, and it messed up his schedule. He was very pleasant to us. As for your reception staff please sort it out.
