Loved the location, the apartment was perfect for what we needed. We were able to organise a late checkout free of charge as we we’re doing the SC70.3 race and even were able to access the room earlier than normal check in time.

Relatively clean but some fixtures need upgrading as the blinds were mouldy and lounge filthy. We were also wrongly accused of being noisey at 9pm - other than that a good stay

The room was spacious and clean/tidy. Bathroom was really nice. Soft music was playing on arrival which was nice.

I was happy with check in and the room but after arriving and doing some stuff I noticed I had been charged twice if not more. Leaving me with no money in my account to spend while there. Not sure whose fault but I didn’t have as a good time as I would have for my wife and I 8th wedding anniversery. I am unsure when or if will get my money back. Will be calling to check tomoorrow 3/08/20. I hope to receive my money back otherwise it will impact my direct debits also. If someone is able to contact me and find out why or how this happened. That would be appreciated.

The room was fantastic and clean, and the location was superb, However it was a real shame that my 2 night stay was spoilt by constant loud night roadworks that were being undertaken right outside the front doors on Aerodrome road.

all reception staff helpful and friendly. walking distance to beach and shops and cafe's.

Great location. All good. Clean well laid out rooms and spa on the roof is awesome
