I only stayed for 2 days but upon arrival check in was smooth, I had my wifi password and breakfast , along with pool hours notated on a piece of paper for me. The indoor pool, my boys throughly enjoyed. Definitely one of the better hotels I’ve stayed in.

Checking and check out was easy. Convenient area with free parking. Staff very friendly. Will stay again. Breakfast was offered. But, we didn’t get up in time.

The AC unit sounded like a hamster wheel when it turned on so we left it much warmer than we preferred in order to be able to sleep. Looks like the smoke alarm had been ripped off the wall and no replacement or repairs to hole. Bathroom was not clean. 3 light fixtures had burnt out bulbs. Walls were dirty in unit. I took a wet rag to a wall in bathroom to see if maybe the paint was just old but it was all dirt and it wiped right off with rag. Poor "remodel". Fold out sofa bed was bad. I registered 3 people in room but only one wash cloth was provided and 2 towels. Very disappointed in room. return air vent was dirty

I had to replace the key everyday of my stay, all 3 days. The building needs some conditioning, a lot of cracked paint, missing caulk around sinks and other areas. The room had a weird odor. Bathroom had a slight sewer gas smell. One night my toilet clogged. My option was either to use a plunger to fix it MYSELF, because they had no maintenance person. Or they offered to switch me to a room, that had no working HVAC system, only a portable heater and a/c unit. So I ended up repairing the toilet myself! I kept the “do not disturb sign in my door while I was gone, because I didn’t want anyone in my room. I came back one day and it had been removed and someone had come in anyway.! I’ll never stay there again. I actually would like a refund, but since this is a privately owned hotel, it’s not likely that will happen.

Our stay was a during busy weekend in Louisville and now understand why the room price was so high. However this room should have been half the price based on its condition. Carpet needs replacing. Furniture needs to be replaced with pieces that match. plumbing needs to be fixed or replaced. The door to the bathroom appeared to have been opened with a crow bar and never fixed. Unless this was as recent development, I suspect a charge to the previous occupants could have paid for someone to replace the door and make it more presentable. The toilet was not secured to the floor. The breakfast was not even worth serving...They should just find out who will be needing breakfast and serve those people who sign up. And charge only those people accordingly. I went out to McDonalds the second morning. (Sorry.)

My first red flag happened upon check in. I was given a key to my room, went to the 4th floor and discovered I was given the key to another guest's room, who was in the bathroom when I entered. I was given the correct room. When I returned the next day after work, I couldn't unlock my room. Initially, the owner told me he had rented the room to someone else. I panicked. Where was all my stuff and who was in my room? Upon further investigation, he was looking at another guest's room. I was given a fresh key. Every day, my key reset at noon and I would have to get a new one. They would just hand it to me without verifying my identity or which room I reserved. This left me feeling of that anyone could easily get access to my room. I have to travel to the area again soon and will be staying elsewhere.

Went to get in our room and the door wasn’t shut all the way, it was very hard to close. Asked for a cit and it wasn’t delivered to the room so i went to the front desk where they rolled the cot out to me and I had to take it to my room. Was also told it was an extra $10 for the cot and it needed to be paid in cash.

Decent hotel but booked 3 rooms with one being a handicap room. When we arrived, no handicap room was reserved for us. We were told we should have called to guarantee it. We had to lift wheel chair bound disabled vet on and off the toilet, etc. What is the purpose of booking handicap room in advance if hotel chain won’t reserve those rooms.
