Disappointing

This hotel is in a convenient location and is pet friendly, with doors to the outside, but it needs a good scrub. The lobby has a strange smell, and our room was grungy in all touchable surfaces, with dust bunnies on the lights and cobwebs in the corners. The hot water is barely hot, and every sound in neighboring rooms can be heard in ours. They completely gave up offering any sort of breakfast. Will skip staying here again unless there is no other option for a pet friendly room in Anacortes.

Customer service is bad. No greetings at all. The refrigerator needs to replace. The outlet is flickering when I plugged in the hair dryer. I wasn’t sure if the hair dryer works because every time I turned it on the outlet flickered and dryer stops. The toilet bowl is really close to the door. Hotel room needs to be updated. I will not going back to this Hotel.

Horrible conditions!

Long hair on the bathroom floor. Opened bottles of soda in the refrigerator. Dust and small toys up against the base of the bed. Burn holes in the sheets. The main hall to our room had sections of carpet missing. The pool had what looked to be clean water but still not appealing. The hot tub was full of leaves and empty. Old cloth chairs with stains in front of every outside entrance to lower rooms. What else can I say...

Practical & Clean

Location was ideal and close to restaurants and the main highway. Having a small refrigerator in the room would have been helpful but everything else was as expected. I would stay there again.

Ok hotel for one night

This is a “tired” hotel that could use some fresh paint and an update. We only stayed one night so we could get on the Anacortes Ferry early. I would not recommend it for more than that, and we will look at other options next time. It’s on a busy road so there was lots of traffic noise. The walls are thin so you could hear people talking all around you. Just not a good night stay. But I have to say it was clean and that’s a priority!
