Room was only prepared for 1 guest, so we needed to get more towels. It was a difficult route to get in and out of as well. The beds were all springs.

No toilet paper in room, had to ask front desk, same with soap, no cups in room. Very noisy in surrounding area with construction, forklifts constantly beeping early in the morning when trying to sleep, bedframe extremely cheap and wobbly and noisy. Rooms not made up on any day unless specifically requested, odd smell in the hallway.

Hotel was just open in March 2022 therefore all furniture was clean and new. From cleanliness it was great but can’t say after a year. The bed shakes like other people have described. Mattress is. It comfortable. No tissues and you get only 2 towels. If you want new towels, you have to bring the old one to exchange. Front desk service depends on who you get. The lady at night on a weekend was really nice but the Indian man during the business days is unfriendly. No plates or any kitchen accessories. Also very far north away from the central activities.

Dog shelter next to the hotel

I was had reservations for 3 night and i notic that they are a dog shelter cross street the dogs barking all night it was terrible experience and I left the second day i left and i ask them to refund the third night and they tell me to talk with hotel .com because it’s third party reservation I said ok they never ever say anything about we can’t refund the third night amount when I talk with hotel.com they said we are trying to contact with the hotel but no any one answer i realized that time i just wasting my time .

No iron in the room and no silverware for the kitchen no pans. The shower did not produce enough pressure. What I did like is that it was clean

The room was clean and up to date, but pay attention to the amenities. There is no coffee in the room or downstairs. The walls were thin as well. I heard my neighbors alarm.

TV was broken...sheets weren't clean... towels were covered in hair...bed moved around while sleeping in it.. frame was not secured to the floor or wall...
