Poor breakfast.

Facility was clean, but in some need of updating and replacement of carpet. We were very disappointed with the very meager breakfast. The "complimentary buffet breakfast" entailed cold cereal and yogurt. Very disappointing for a Radisson hotel. Using COVID as an excuse is unacceptable as you can either bring back a true buffet breakfast or be truthful in your advertising.

Great for a short stay

Small parking lot, but close to entry point. Thankful for a clean, pet-friendly room. This is a place for construction workers to stay closeby for their job on I-40, so the people were drunk and loud out front. But aside from that, the hotel was nice for a one night stay. Buffets are open, so I'm not quite sure why there isn't hot breakfast served. Cereal, muffins, poptarts and some fruit. Overall, a nice stay and convenient.

Good stop on I-40 roadtrip

Nice place to stay in Amarillo! Well kept and pet friendly. Close to Rt 66.

Pleasant hotel

WONDERFUL Hotel!

This is a wonderful place to stop. Right on the west side of Amarillo, near great food. We LOVE to stop here!

Receptionist was very young and was not warm. She needs training. The exercise room was disappointing, Consider adding an exercise bike and an exercise ball. Smoking area should be moved further from the front entrance where second hand smoke now sweeps into the lobby.

Disappointed for the $$

The room was adequate with two queen beds. Curtains needed repair as they allowed parking lot lights to come in to 3rd floor room. TV remote did not work but was promptly corrected when staff was called. Breakfast choices consisted of 3 cold cereals including Froot Loops, instant oat meal, hard boiled eggs, bananas and breakfast bars. Coffee was available out in the lobby. No hot options were available.

Comfortable but disappointed

The facilities were fine. The woman who checked us in was unpleasant. We were disappointed in the breakfast, they were basically serving cold cereal and hard boiled eggs, we were expecting more choices.

Bad first impression

The hotel was clean and comfortable, but the process of checking in was a nightmare. The girl at the desk was quite rude, and I felt she could have been more professional and friendly. All of the other employees were friendly and helpful.
