The rooms are really nice, and the staff are super friendly! We only had two issues. One was that it would be great for the staff to mention any check-out procedures that are different from a standard hotel stay when you check-in. We had to go back to the room and adjust a few things. The second was that we did find a roach in our room.

Always enjoy my stay at Grandview. Love having a family type setting with a kitchen.

Everything was Allegan very nice everything was clean the people in the office was nice totally enjoyed ourselves

I had three rooms and in two of them the shower did not work and the other rom the water came out sparingly

Out of the three rooms I rented only one of the showers were working barely

Quick and easy process, front desk was more than helpful. Room was very easily accessed, parking very close to building, and enough parking to come and go and not have to worry about having a stall when returning any time of the day! Staff was always on call & brought towels, trash bags, etc each time we requested. Would stay here in every return to LV

I tried to call housekeeping 3 days in a row. No answer. I was only given 1 roll of toilet paper for a 5 day stay. I ended up going to Walmart to purchase my own. Also we needed an extra blanket. No answer. Other than that everything was fine. They just need better communication.

What I liked was the was the management accommodated our request of a certain building that was supposedly reserved for owners. What I didn't like was the 45 minute wait for a toaster replacement.

Normally, we stay here for the comfort of home - kitchen and washer/dryer. On this stay, the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, and washer leaked all over dining/ kitchen floor. AC was locked at 65 - we like 62. Felt like heater was on all night. There was no dish soap and scrubber for dishes and no soap for dishwasher, only 1 trash can liner. Lite occupancy, but when we got ready to leave, no carts for suitcases, etc available.
