Incredible Staff.

The hotel staff went ABOVE and beyond. Very beautiful hotel. Ocean from property was incredible. Roof top bar was great. Cannot emphasize enough how INCREDIBLE AND AMAZING the staff was.

Very very poor service and room was terrible

Room was out dated. Double bed requested but two split sigle beds joint to gather, not comfortable at all. Rooms and food services is 1or 2 star. Reception area and down stairs may give you 4 star but no drinking water bottle in room, kettle, rooms and beds were not cleaned properly, bathrooms shower and tapa all rust green colour (you dont even feel like to take shower but no choice) , very old…. We took halfboard but for dinner no options for veg except they offered the pizza for one day and next day no instructions to kitchen to prepare the food, so end up eating chips, salad and bread. No alternative food was offered despite it was informed them in advanced while booking. Not recommended. They initially given smoking room which was the same. Not a 4 star property. .

Theres too much to say. We absolutely loved this hotel. Wish the stay never ended. Only bad part about our stay was we came in a off season so we didnt get to enjoy the warmer weather. But nonetheless we still had great weather and a great time. The staff made us feel like family and the service's provided were above our expectations. Looking forward to going back.

Great hospitality, food was great. I just wish there was something posted somewhere in regards to the entertainment start time and what it would be, if it was somewhere we missed it. But none the less my daughter and I really enjoyed our stay here, hopefully next time we can come when its not cold and raining :)

The walls are paper-thin, and you can hear everything, including people walking upstairs and kids running in the corridors. As it was towards the end of the season, the air-conditioners were all turned off, which meant the rooms were stuffy, and you could hear the noise outside. It was not the most enjoyable of experiences.

Pros: Location!! Awesome location, being able to go to the sea and back to the hotel using just a few steps is an amazing thing for a vacation. Food was pretty good. Staff was friendly. Sea view is amazing. All inclusive is amazing with all the meals and snacks during the whole day, very much worth it! Cons: - Noise. Sooooo much noise! I love silence and I think it's a very important thing during a vacation, but everything was always so loud! We got a very unfortunately located room next to the elevators and the stairs, people kept closing the stairs doors which would make a very loud noose every couple of minutes. The housemaids were also opening and closing the door every minute, it was impossible to sleep after 8. The walls, windows and doors didn't seal any noise outside of the room so we could hear everything like everything was open. - Night events. First day we got there we were beat, we really wanted to rest but there was a show with incredibly loud music and it lasted until 11:30 PM. The events could at least end before 10PM so guest could get some silence and rest. - The shampoo provided by the hotel was awful :P

Basic rooms but fantastic sky bar.

Great hotel and breakfast very good with lots on offer and good quality. Basic room, no tea or coffee facilities. Have to pay extra for the safe and the fridge did not work very well. Staff were all friendly and helpful and the evening shows were entertaining. The sky bar is amazing and we would stay again.

Good location

Great location as it leads directly to the beach. The pool area was great and lots of sun beds. They followed Covid guidelines but constantly hand sanitising during breakfast as it’s a buffet service. Great selection but was quite low quality so glad we didn’t have dinner. The rooms were good and the bed comfortable. The handle of our balcony fell off so it was quite difficult to open. You can also hear people talking in other rooms so can be annoying in the mornings. Overall, the service could have been better and the breakfast was average. We only really stayed here to sleep so it served it’s purpose. Probably a better hotel for kids and families rather than couples!

We liked the variety of the buffet and way access to the beach. In our view the pool area and the restaurants are small compared to the number of rooms and beds in the hotel. It can be very tight in the pool and difficult to find a sun bed. Perhaps it is due to covid but we found that there's not enough staff in the restaurant.
