Too start off when I was standing in outside I realized that the man in front of me was a undercover cop. No biggie but when I was looking for our room there were cops and hitting up rooms. I was approached by some undercover like if I was a criminal. So disturbing walking up the stairs sum old cholo seemed to be talking to himself so I didn't respond. No towels or trashcan in room. Bed sheets were filthy NEVER AGAIN, I believe there is a new owner & let this place fall apart. At least the rooms were clean & all accommodations were provided with last owner. The lady at customer service apologized but that was it. That hotel is TRAP HOUSE FOR TWEEKERS. Do not waste your $$ or time at this place. Idk how it's still up and running there's activity 24/7 even Denny's and Motel 6 had police activity as I was coming back from the airport.

The receptionist and staff were friendly; late check in due to traffic however they made themselves available. Pack your own toiletries, towels; they provide however it is better to be safe than sorry. Also, the disruption after countdown to 2021, someone broke into my room and an incident occurred. The blankets weren't clean however I put up with it because of the late check in. The sheets were clean however, it look like the previous guest had a cat or some small four legged pet the crawled around the bed. There is a shopping center, fast food restaurants. However, I slept just fine, king size bed, quiet area, near a large mall. I would book here again to go shopping or if I wanted to take a day trip to Mexico.

My camera was stolen while I was bringing my staff in the room. Be aware! Microwave didn't work, the fire alarm was broken and it was very dirty room with stains on the bed

The hotel didn’t received my confirmation, they said hotel was purchased and the owner changed. I have to wait one hour for the receptionists. They didn’t accept cash. They gave me an occupied room and I have to change room.

Noisy People Late Night. People Smoking outside rooms. Very Dirty Property

I had booked a room for the evening and when I got to my room, I went to use the restroom, but as I reached for the light switch the lights didn't work then I tried to turn on TV but it didn't turn on, so at this point I was etf. So I attempted to call the front office , no one answered any of my calls . A total of 4;calls. So I left. Then to my dismay they billed me for 2 nights a total of $160.00 for the same day. Now that's what I call Horrific acomadation.
