Great selection of good food grilled fish and meat at the counter as you wait, staff fabulous very clean. Not 5* but nor are thr prices. Just got back yesterday aftet a 3day break ir was lovely especially Violetta x

Amazing staff in mediocre hotel

It was people in the hotel who made our stay so enjoyable! Especially restaurant stuff (we loved Francisco, the most amazing hotel staff I’ve ever come across, our 10 months old Daughter was beside herself with him, such a lovely courtes kind genuine man). The food was really good for the price, something for everybody. We enjoyed the all inclusive programme, it was worth it. Rooms are tiny, but could fit extra baby cot, which was a great quality, so happy out! No kettle in the room, no wifi, the aircon didn’t seem to work. What I really dislike was the elevators. Barely could fit me, kid and the buggy for baby, really crazy small, claustrophobia comes to mind. And soooo slow. You don’t want to use it in the lunch or dinner time. Both pool areas amazing, clean water, plenty of loungers, Just make sure you ‘reserve’ yourself one if there happen to be coach load of teenagers on some sort of sport summer camp ;) Front desk stuff really kind and helpful, check in with a little hiccup, as we booked via hotels.com and their internal system was down so they didn’t have us on the list, but resolved swiftly. Taxi from Girona airport €50-60 one way, car could fit up to 8 people which is great for bigger parties. Overall the stay was enjoyable, the hotel is a bit out of date though, it’s like coming back to 80’s :))

Ok if you avoid the school trips!

The hotel was perfectly fine except for taking in coach loads of students/teenagers who caused problems with music and noise. I moved rooms after a really awful night but all the staff were very obliging, from reception to cleaners, dining staff and bar staff. The beds were not great for comfort. Both the pool areas were good, and although repetitive, the food was of good quality and well presented. The walk back from the beach can be a bit of a drag as it is all uphill. No wifi all the time I was there. But overall I had a good stay.

Shambles at check in.

We have been to Blue Sea hotels on three occasions and this is the first time we have used Hotel.com. When we arrived at the hotel we had to wait at reception for two hours as they couldn't confirm that we had paid, even though we had printed copies of our confirmation. After spending a day travelling, we always look forward to checking in, dropping our bags in the room and relaxing in the bar, we were very disappointed at the shambles that occurred.

Horrible

Hotel muy viejo ,habitaciones pequeña con un colchón incomodisimo y viejo de L aepoca de la polka. No tenía presión de agua y baño muy pequeño y difícil movilidad en l ahabitacion.

Je ne suis pas satisfaite.

Bonsoir Je n'ai pas appréciée ma nuit dans cette hôtel. Les matelas, je dis bien " les " car ce sont deux lits simple collé alors que j'avais bien réservé une chambre avec un lit double, ne sont pas confortables, je sens tout les ressorts et je vais clairement passée une très mauvaise nuit. Hôtel très bruyant, pas de parking, vetuste, chambre et linge de salle de bain salle, mobilié abîmé. Ce type d'hôtel peut convenir à des adolescents qui veulent faire la fête mais pas à une famille et certainement pas pour un couple qui souhaite se reposé.

Hotel de batalla

Es el hotel más barato de la zona, pero aún así no cumple unos mínimos. Los colchones podrían tener más de 20 años, los muelles se clavan d eforma que fue imposible dormir. Bastante sucio en general, olor a tabaco en la habitación, y la cena/desayuno de calidad mínima.
