A bonus for us was that the Hotel had a shuttle service to Sorrento at no extra charge! For anyone who has ever been to the Amalfi coast area transportation is always an issue.

Very nice property, good location, and with a good shuttle service to Sorrento. There is a large void in the shuttle service that could be improved The bar is quite wasted as it is enclosed; very nice view, but during our stay we did not see a single guest in the bar. An outside bar would be much better Pool is excellent, breakfast is good, price is adequate

Lovely staff who went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Particularly excellent breakfast with attention to Gluten Free diet. Very enjoyable stay close to lovely village for coffee and cakes as well as other shopping. Shuttle to Sorrento was excellent too.

I had the most fantastic stay at the grand hotel due Golfi! I am so glad I chose this hotel instead of staying in Sorrento, as I discovered the beautiful village of Sant Agatha which is gorgeous. The staff was outstanding-Ornella and Amelia were so helpful with information, their customer service was above and beyond! Or Ella recommended a delicious restaurant in town that was fantastic. Amelia arranged my pickup in Naples. The shuttle extremely helpful, n I totally recommend staying in this beautiful hotel instead of Sorrento.

This was our third visit and it is still is as stunning and beautiful as the first time. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and it provides you with the perfect place to relax over an aperol spritz ! There was nothing we didn't like.

This is a very lovely hotel with such a great view of Sorrento, the bay of Naples and Vesuvius. The hotel is very clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful. However, the hotel itself (besides the pool area) is quite old and tired. Our room, while pleasant, lacked many power sockets. There was only one. The bed was a bit firm too. My least favourite part was the flooring. All of the flooring in the hotel was tiled, which just meant that you could hear every scraping chair, every sweep of the vacuum cleaner. It meant we were woken up early every day because of the noise which echoes around like a tin can. The pool was very beautiful but is not heated, which meant even in September in 28/29 degree heat it was still a touch unbearable for myself and my wife. This was a shame because we were looking forward to being in it. The food served at breakfast is very good. The lunch and dinner options are not very varied, and not very snack-like. If you're like me and like a sandwich for lunch you will have to look elsewhere. Overall a very positive hotel; quiet and friendly, but not modern at all.
