Disappointed

Poor customer service, not clean they room they gave me was horrible I had to upgrade for a better room Ann pay $105 extra shower curtain was all yellow, they need to change them more often. Breakfast was horrible they gave the same food every day , they don’t even give you time to eat the food they keep coming knocking on your day for the tray on the 3rd day we have to told them to hold the food we don’t need it anymore and they took forever to fix electricity and the water when they ran out.

Service it’s great, kind staff, premises inside it’s safe since you’ll need a fob/pass to open the door, they take breakfast to your assigned room, wifi/internet it’s perfect, AC/Fan it’s great as well, water doesn’t get completely hot & it does not have much pressure but i don’t mind that, bed it’s comfy. it’s the type of place to have a quick stay in for a night while traveling, staff don’t use masks, although I later discovered the entire country barely uses masks; in my humble opinion I believe their charge should be a bit lower. *Note to non Domi/LATM travelers: Zona Colonial it’s not fest it used to be, make sure to be aware of your surroundings at all times when you step outside your designated hostal.

Location is good and in a safe area 5 minute walk from the center of town for the restaurants and shopping. Rooms are large with new big screen TV. Staff is helpful and friendly.
