We had a very good stay at Playasol. The staff is amazing. We were disappointed in the snack and the new pool if you don’t stay in the renovated room you have to pay a drink (even if you are in all inclusive) to enjoy this pool.

Not as good as in the photos

If you want to go to this nice new area of the Aqua photo you need to pay additional. This is a trap. No room service, some attendants were ok but all the men attendants were unpleasant. Room cleanliness not good enough, and overall hotel could have an uplift.

La chambre n'était que très peu nettoyée. Juste les linges (lorsqu'ils étaient remis complètement et pas 1 sur 4), le sol n'a jamais été fait (sable). Baignoire non utilisable car pas de bouchon Coffre fort à clefs non utilisable car pas de clefs Aucune insonorisation Image de chambre faussée de la réalité Cafeteria extrêmement bruyante et personnel mettant à la poubelle des repas totalement mangeable mais pas assez beau au visuel

Would recommend.

The facilities were good, the room was very clean, the food in the buffet was fresh. Overall it was as expected and a pleasant stay. 10 min walk from main town and a few minute walk to the beach.

Nice location, about 15 min walk to the clubs, bars and restaurants. The hitel rooms are very basic, need to be updated. Our shower just trickled out water which was quite frustrating. The bathroom wasn't really clean, the shower curtain looked like it needed changing/cleaning! The walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbours every word. The lift was broken most of our stay and we were on the 4th floor. Was there for 5 days and the room was only cleaned properly on our last day. The roof top bar area and pool were nice its a shame the rest of the hotel is a let down. If you don't mind roughing it or staying a couple nights then its ok. I will not be staying there again. Overall Ibiza is an amazing place!!

Had to wait 2 hours to check in even though they said the wait would be an hour max. Room was dirty and had a strange smell when we finally did get our room. WiFi was very spotty and slow. Walls were thin and could hear everything from next room. Dead cockroach behind the couch in the lobby.
