Frontier Airlines of hotels.

This hotel is the Frontier Airlines of hotels. Very disappointed. No pool, basic kitchenette but not dishes, cups or pots, but they would sell you some for ridiculous prices. I had to take my own trash to the dumpster at the back of the property. Without asking, they assigned us to no cleaning and we had to swap our towels at the front desk. We stayed for 10 days only because they told us when checking in that we wouldn't get any discount for leaving early. I should have known then that this was going to be an ordeal. I feel they misrepresented their property.

Better than Super 8

Great location. Great staff. Walls are thin but we didn't have any issues while we were there. A lot better than some of the other hotels in town. We will use this one again. Plenty of food and shopping near by.

The worst. Pay the extra to stay elsewhere.

It looks great from the outside. I stay at these extended stay places because I have kids and it’s cheaper to cook and do laundry when we travel. I expect a few basics. Even an air bnb has the basics. Check in was fine except we were issued two towels and told that we had to bring them back everyday to exchange them. We had three people in our party. She also told me there are strict rules to not allow anyone to come in the entrance behind me. They have to call the front desk if they forgot their key. There was no pool. The elevator kept breaking and the girl at the front desk said that she has to go upstairs and press a button for it to work sometimes. We toted our laundry up and down from the 3rd floor. You could hear conversations from the rooms near the elevators while waiting. The blinds were too short and did not go all the way down. Creepy and the sun woke me up in my face every morning. I had to go to Walmart and get my own pots and pans and utensils and plates, glasses, bowls, dish soap,etc. to use the kitchen. No dishwasher or garbage disposal. Took an hour on the “stove” to cook a simple spaghetti dinner. Lukewarm shower at best. Front desk ran out of quarters for laundry. Maintenance knocked on my door at 7:00 am to tie my trash to my doorknob. Then they came back when we were awake and told us they don’t service our trash, the dumpster is in the parking lot. They didn’t take it as a courtesy even.

Bed wasn’t the comfiest. Shower was cold. No curtains to block out the sun. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

I'd stay again

It was their 2nd week open so there were a few minor quirks that needed a little attention or fixing but nothing major. The staff went above and beyond for anything we asked for. Good location close to shopping & eateries.

New but needs work.

The beds are not very comfortable. The rooms are very generic for a suite. Could hear conversations in next room and people walking up and down the hallway. Housekeeping came walking into room twice asking when we were leaving. They should have information on rooms of who is leaving/checking out. Thought it was unprofessional. Seems they wanted us out right away. So we left and not coming back.

Improvement needed!

Due to a very long wait for rental car at airport, we arrived after 10 pm. Main door was locked as the desk closed at 10 pm. Phone was there to call to get in but no answer for about 20-25 minutes!! My recommendation would be to have a mobile phone that hotel employee has with so could answer the phone right away!!!! We were not pleased!

New hotel but disappointed

New hotel but still has issues: shower water was not hot, no hand towels provided in the room, sheets did not fit the bed and kept coming off during the night causing us to sleep on plastic mattress cover, bed called a queen but was clearly a full sized mattress, kitchenette provided but no dishes or way to use it, no coffee maker in the room. Minimal soaps -not enough for two person occupancy. Hotel located in decent area of Norterra but ppl were sitting and sleeping outside of the doors!
