In my experience the first floor is noisy. The staff were very professional and breakfast was convenient and satisfactory.

Good service, very clean, nice breakfast options. Pool was nice. Located by many restaurants and Arena. Thin walls. The people next to us we're shouting at each other all night, their kids were screaming and every time someone left their room (seemed like every few minutes) the door would slam and their dog would start barking and whining. For this price I expect a bit more quiet. This went on until 1am. The beds were hard and hurt my back. Overall a very nice place that needs some help with the noise issues.

Very friendly and personable staff! Delicious breakfast and never have I been anywhere that has ever had someone as friendly as the young lady taking care of breakfast!!

The overall stay was great! The beds were comfortable, the room was a very good value for what we spent. The management was very friendly and accommodating. The only complaint we had was one of the comforters was stained. It looked like it had been washed and the stains did not come out. The desk clerk was apologetic and made sure it was changed.

Everything was fine... Nothing spectacular and nothing terrible. It was perfect for what we needed - a place to go back to at the end of the day and sleep. The breakfast options were typical and well stocked for the amount of people in the room. Only one complaint was the lack of hot water in the morning. I was able to get a 5 minute shower in before I lost all hot water not to mention our room's shower only worked half way. The plunger that is supposed to make the water flow to the shower head wouldn't seal and caused half the water to just run out the spout down the drain. Also our refrig. was turned down to almost off. And the only way to adjust the temp was by pulling it out from under the counter and adjusting it -- Not user friendly at all ( especially if it isn't going to be set for cold )
