Noisy

Very package holiday type hotel room clean and comfortable but very moisy party goers and rubbish colections atc2am.

excellent food as a plus, very friendly staff. As a minus - paid wi fi 20 euro per week per device.

Best/only good thing about this hotel is the roof top jacuzzi’s. Overall I was upset, this hotel advertises free WiFi but it’s not free! Roof top has a bar, but not open in May. Food was ok for choice but luke warm at best. Despite being all inclusive Jack Daniels is chargeable. I had to report the shower not working 3 times before it got fixed. The room I had 2 years ago and wanted again was not available in May which was upsetting (whole of the ground floor shut until June) If they had said half the problems weren’t available in May then I would have booked for June, if your open then open everything or point out what’s closed during what months!

HTOP Molinos Park was overall a good hotel. The rooms where very dated and the beds are very firm. The best part about the hotel is the staff that work there. Everyone was friendly and helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. The entertainment team where fantastic and always got the kids involved in all activities. There was plenty of choice of food which tasted good in the restaurant but unfortunately most of the food was cold or luke warm at best. We had to use the microwave for most meals.

Awful place don't go

Could not use Jacuzzi because we had a child with us. Some of the bar staff thought women were ok for sex and made it obvious. Only two of each towels in our room in spite of there being three of us got fed up with telling reception who did nothing. We bought towels .

Much better hotel than three stars.

The new owner is trying lots of new ideas, some work some don't, but they have tried very hard, and I liked themes to the buffet dinner and little extras such as the ice cream counter at dinner, the freshly cooked Chinese food on one day and the make your own kebabs that were an extra to the main buffet. Just little extras that gave you more choice when having the evening buffet. Room was clean, and the staff all work very hard in cleaning. Breakfast had a lot of choice, and I found it all very good value for money.
