The staff, especially reception and the dining room people, were friendly and helpful. The grounds are fantastic and well kept. The breakfast is probably one of the best we’ve had in Puglia, with lots of good choices, including scrambled eggs, although somewhat cold. The size of the buffet table made up for the eggs, which are unusual for breakfast in Italy anyway. We enjoyed our stay. Our room was quiet and a good size. The only complaints we had were that, (1) the shower is very small (we’re not big people, but it was an unusually tight cubicle) and the sliding doors made getting in somewhat awkward, (2) the floor in the shower is somewhat slippery, too, and (3) the air conditioner in the room was quite loud and not all that effective. Reception was very quick to respond to our complaint and had the noise looked at, although that wasn’t as successful as one might hope. As for the temperature in the room, we were there during a heat wave and it did not cool comfortably. Reception reset the temperature setting remotely to 17.5... the room should have felt like a fridge at that low setting, but it did not come down effectively during our 3 day stay. Otherwise, we were fine in the common areas. The hotel has plenty of parking and is easily accessible. We wished it hadn’t been quite as remote and that we could walk to town, but that was not possible, as it’s off the highway and not actually in Manfredonia. It would be a great venue for a gathering or wedding.

The hotel is undergoing renovations and will be bright and cheerful when completed. The bathroom could use some storage for personal items. Regiohotel is really a conference hotel so is rather remote but works well if you are passing through for a night or two. The staff is very helpful in providing information on restaurants and activities.

For the price (~$60/night), the hotel punched well above its weight in terms of cleanliness and condition. A little uncomfortable due to the air conditioning not being enabled, but otherwise a pleasant stay. Breakfast was decent as well.

Letto molto scomodo. In una camera doppia una sola bottiglietta d’acqua. Caffe da non prendere. Deludente.

Hotel vicino a Manfredonia, parcheggio ampio, struttura moderna. Ci ho soggiornato una sola notte. Bella la piscina esterna. Camera spaziosa arredata con gusto, buona la pulizia. Pratica la presenza di macchinette di distribuzione di bottigliette d'acqua e snack. Buona la colazione, curioso che ci fosse un supplento, se non ricordo male di 4 euro, per le uova. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Se ripasso da quelle parti ci tornerò volentieri.

L'hotel è bello e anche le stanze sono carine. La stessa cosa non si può dire per l' accoglienza algida ed il ristorante, rivelatosi qualitativamente pessimo. Rapporto qualità prezzo del ristorante non adeguato: per un pranzo (2 antipasti di mare 2 frutta 2 caffè) e una cena (una pasta la burro 1 spaghetti allo scoglio 1 bicchiere di vino panna cotta) abbiamo speso 100 Euro.. Piscina aperta anche a persone che non soggiornavano in hotel e abbastanza affollata. Wellness a pagamento e su prenotazione. Sicuramente le aspettative erano maggiori.

L’hotel è bello, nel nulla, le camere spaziose con balcone e il parcheggio enorme. Un ottimo 3 stelle Bagno privo di accessori se non un sapone a parete; doccia da campeggio, presa elettrica priva di protezione e bruciata. Aria condizionata non funzionava: dopo lingua insistenza uno dello staff è arrivato e prima mi ha dato gentilmente dell’incapace e poi ha resettato l’impianto che era in blocco. Il giorno dopo il problema si ripresenta e la tv non funziona: non ho chiamato per non essere ancora offeso. Colazione assurda e scadente, in era Covid avventori senza mascherina e bambini che giocano con il cibo del buffet (frutta). Alcuni del personale girano senza mascherina anche in sala colazione. In camera nessuna info e quando ho chiesto l’orario per la colazione mi è stato dato sbagliato. Il controllo della temperatura all’ingresso? Fai da te... demandato alla bontà dei clienti....

Bellissima struttura, molto confortevole e bene organizzata. Personale molto professionale e gentile.
