There was a max of 5 people or one family allowed in the pool and spa area at a time. You could reserve 30 minute or 1 hour time slots. This was actually really nice to have the whole pool area to ourselves and not have to worry about COVID.

Very gross location. Room had dried urine on top and bottom of toilet seat, looked like toilet hadn't even been cleaned. Very few covid precautions in place, disappointing for a business traveler counting on not missing work. This location should look at what the rest of the brand is doing... I wouldn't stay here again

A good nights rest.

We were very pleased with our accommodations. Our room was very comfortable and the beds were just like we like them, soft. The room was clean and check-in was fast. One must try the Rib Chop House in Sheridan. Very good.

Totally Bugged

Check-in finally done, we get to room and beds looked like they had not been changed. There was coffee and sugar spilled inside handle of refrigerator and a used coffee pod in machine that was still wet from that morning. We talked to front desk and got another room. Second room: walked in and first thing to see was a bug crawling on wall. Okay, not a big deal. Set belongings down and go to close curtains (it was late and going to bed). See a couple more bugs before they start falling on me and as I look around while trying not to scream, I see these bugs crawling everywhere. On the walls, beds, floor. Tried to call front desk., phone dead. My husband got back with the rest of our belongings from the first room to find me and pour stuff waiting in the hall! The girl at the desk said "oh yes, they are some kind of beetle infestation and we have had them sprayed and waiting for them to die." I said "No way in h*** I am sleeping with bugs crawling over me all night. " We left and got a room at Hampton!

Clean, but paint peeling on bathroom door inside. Probably missed fram a remodel. Very nice otherwise.

It was in a nice location however they did not clean our room once during our 5 day stay nor did they offer any fresh towels, soap or any other things. Our fridge was not cleaned out from the prior occupants either. The gym equipment was all broken. It was a bit disappointing for what we thought was a newer hotel.

Hotel was very nice. Was not impressed with their covid 19 practices, no face masks required, no social distancing for elevators, continal breakfast area where you got packaged items from bins were not being sanatised when people touched knobs or handles to get items.

This was a very nice, clean, comfortable hotel. The hot tub was down, which I was disappointed about, but my grandson enjoyed the pool. Hard to tell about the breakfast due to Covid, but it looked like it was usually well stocked with the usual hot breakfast. Coffee was good!
