Unsatisfactory

The room was decent but the air conditioning unit did not keep the room cool and ran extremely loud all night. On top of a terrible nights sleep due to the noise, our truck was broken into in the parking lot and the front desk attendant was passive at best. Made an excuse not to get the manager.

2 different rooms neither one was ready for a new guest. Glad the room had 2 beds for me since one was already slept in.

get what you pay for

Desk clerks where very professional. side doors to entry hotel from parking lot where hard to find and hard to open the room door was also hard to open and close Area was walking distance from several restuarants value for the money room was clean, but hard a strange ordor

Desk needs a pick me up

No parking Asked for room on left side due to had to park there Was given a different room on totally opposite side - so had to move car Told my desk gal that I can park out back no walk I was t told the room was inside the building Key didn’t work in first door Had to walk to next door towards front of building to get in My door doesn’t seem so secure No wifi info given to me More info and directions would of been nice

Not a pleasant check-in.

I've reserved the room well in advance. I've reached hotel at 11:30 PM due to heavy traffic during my travel. We're given one room key and we tried to open the room using that key and there were already people in that room. We felt so bad disturbing them at that time. I came back to checkin counter and they gave me the 2nd room, same issue again. 3rd time - parallel room allocation happened by two front office executives and they offered the same key to multiple people. 4th time - it worked. This entire process more than 45 mins, we're not happy as we're walking front and back with all the luggage and family and kids.

Spend few bucks some other place

Don’t be fooled by the exterior photos and choreographed photos of the rooms, everything in the hotel is pretty disappointing. Except for the bed, everything in the hotel was really dirty. Leaks in the hallways near ice machine ; dirty stairs, hallways and outside. The room also had clear signs of wear and tear both in the room and bathrooms.

Below average at best.

They did not give me a king bed like i paid for. The hotel is seriously dated. The tv volume is very low. Overall the hotel is very below average. The only good thing was the breakfast.
